Extremely friendly staff with exceptional service and services. Pool service was nice with good food and drinks. Pool ordered food could be better quality and price but you're paying for the convenience. Pools were clean. Beach access was easy. I look forward to coming back.

My wife and I stayed there for a weekend for our 1 year anniversary. The hotel and staff was great. Gave great accomidations. Great view of the beach and plenty to do on the resort.

An excellent place. I was here for a conference last summer. The facilities are excellent and they have a nice stretch of beach front. You can rent umbrellas and chairs and have them reserved for you, so you always have a spot on the beach waiting for you. While we were there, there were lot's of people on the beach having portraits done.

A nice place to stay and get away. Right on the beach with good beach access and views from all of the rooms. A nice lounge and pool area with a number of different pools if you don't want to go on the beach.

All the employees at Westin were professional and great. Our breakfast was our only problem. Took three trips for them to get the food right, bit in the end with out us asking they refunded us for the entire meal. I would not have a problem coming back to them again.

The location of this hotel was great. Loved the beach and pool areas, both were beautiful. I would probably have liked to have more opportunities for shade around the different pools as the only shady area was around a covered pool and the water was obviously colder than the rest of the pools. The rooms were nice enough except that we found a sharp piece of metal on the carpet where our baby was about to crawl and where we had been walking. It was brought to the attention of the front desk staff but they didn't follow up with us about the situation at all. Luckily nobody got hurt. The food we ate at the hotel was good overall.

Very nice spot. We've been coming here 3 years in a row now. The service this year has gotten noticeably better. The drinks are wonderful and reasonably priced. Most of the food is good, though anything tomato based has a definite middle school quality. The staff is very responsive to special requests. The rooms are nice. But when booking there is no way to choose even what floor you are on. Even after booking there is no one who can give you your room number. I wish this would change, as there are certain rooms and areas we love. But it is more like a lottery. The rooms are fairly clean. But there are chipped furnishings and twice we've gotten to our room to find cigarette ash on the balcony. The hotel is on the North end of long line of hotels. Every other hotel has a great view of packed beaches. Here, though, the beach seems more private. Due to the shape of the hotel the pool areas are also more private. It feels very exclusive, and has easy access to the rest of the island.

One of the best brunch restaurants on Hilton Head is hidden away in this hotel. Great options, including plenty of healthy fruits, smoothies, etc. The grounds are pretty amazing too, the koi pond is serene despite sitting adjacent to the main pool area. A good place to visit but bring your wallet.

Even though it's been awhile since I've been here, my stay was wonderful. No other hotel experience can compare. Loved the very plush bed and pillows and very soft robe. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Especially if they want to experience a quiet environment.

The view was beautiful from our ocean front room. The room was large and clean. The furniture is old and should be updated. Room service is a bit slow. Nothing was explained during check in as far as breakfast, or directions to the room. Parking is awful. Overall appearance of the hotel was welcoming.

Whatever you do.. Don't buy your room prepaid!! The Westin will put you anywhere but what you have reserved. I prepaid for an oceanfront Junior suite and ended up looking at a dumpster with construction debris. The Westin trying their best not to refund me my money. I have several pictures of this. I strongly suggest another hotel or resort in Hilton Head

While we were unable to carry out our wedding at The Westin Hilton Head Island due to Hurricane Matthew, we have much praise for Ashlee Fleming and her staff. Ashlee worked with us from the start, helping to meet our budget without sacrificing our wedding vision. She gave us options and provided her professional input and expertise to ensure our day would be perfect! Even in the midst of the storm, with her family and home at risk, she prioritized our needs and showed compassion for our loss. We highly recommend The Westin Hilton Head for your special event or just a casual stay. The hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious and the spa services offered are amazing! You will definitely be in good hands!
