DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Although our interactions with the staff were pleasant enough, our experience at this hotel was horrible. We stayed there for 6 days, during a recent business trip. I awoke every morning chewed to pieces, by what I thought were mosquitoes getting into the room. After returning home, with over 80 bites, I quickly discovered that the bites were BEDBUGS bites. Our luggage was infested & had to be thrown out, and we are now dealing with an ongoing problem. Repeated calls and letters to the manager have been ignored. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!! We have been Hampton customers for years-choosing only to stay at their establishments. Those days are over. We will never set foot in another Hampton. After informing the Health Dept, we were told that no one regulates "environmental standards of this kind"fabulous. No Accountability.

The hotel staff was great. The breakfast hosts were especially friendly. Service with a smile goes a long way! The hotel was nice and clean as well. But the staff is what makes it 5 stars!

Excellent Stay! The staff are all very pleasant and friendly! Room was perfect! Clean, spacious & comfy! Lots of options for breakfast as well! And loved the pool! Will definitely stay at this hotel again! Very, very pleased!

I drove the coast of Maine and stayed nightly at a Hampton Inn.(2weeks)
I love the beautiful, white bedding and fluffy white towels. FREE breakfast each morning is always a treat.. I've never been disappointed at Hampton Inn, Hilton..response / report this review -

This will be my place to stay in HH from now on. Was there on the Thursday and Friday before Hurricane Irma evacuation and was given a complete refund due to the evac. The rooms are nice and clean and decorated nicely and the hotel is in a great location. It also provides a great breakfast buffet. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful also.

After discovering that the Marriott hotel I was staying at charged a $10 minimum fee for using their business center, I dropped in on this Hampton location to see if they could help me out. The front desk attendant welcomed me with a smile and told me I was more than happy to use their equipment. A real lifesaver, and a favor I won't soon forget.

Never again. These people have put a charge on my debit card after I told them I wanted to use my Credit Card. They took my credit card charged it and no one will take the charge off of my debit card. Called the hotel and was told the only one that can help me works at night and I'd have to call back after 11 PM. I work very early in the morning. What kind of customer service is this. This is my second stay at a hilton owned property after a disastrous first stay as well. I almost never complain but this is ridiculous. I will never stay at a hilton property again. I gave you a second chance, which I didn't have to do and was let down again.

Hilton is really trying with this hotel. The staff are super friendly. The grounds are well kept. The rooms have updated furniture and linens. But this is still an old building. If you are looking for something that feels more like an old school hotel, this is your place.

I have stayed there three times now. My only gripe is the room size is too small. They have a table in the rooms that is so close to the bed it's near impossible to use the other side. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean.

Hotel property is a little different than the standard Hampton. Rooms were nice. Great outdoor pool area. The hallways are long and narrow. The hotel is 2 stories tall, and there is only one elevator. I've been here twice and it's been crowded with people both times.

Called ahead of time to let them know it was our honeymoon to get a room number to have gifts delivered. They couldn't supply us with that. Knowing it was our honeymoon and showing up our wedding attire- they put us in the room closest to the elevator and ice marker. The loudest location ever. We heard people holding loud conversations at the elevator and getting ice all hours. Not to mention Sunday house keeping parking the cart outside our door and handling all their duties. No we didn't want to contact front desk and try to move all our stuff. Would not recommend because this was how loud it was during the off season. There is one guy working the breakfast area who is absolutely amazing !

We stayed here for our honeymoon during the off season and the service was great, the were still under construction from Hurricane Matthew, but both the staff and the construction workers were courteous and friendly. The complementary breakfast was good and you could tell they were putting in a lot of effort to make it an enjoyable time. Over all we had a great time and started to feel like the place was home, I only wish we could havestayed

Convenient location, easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good. Terrific place to stay. I will stay there again.
