It was a decent stay. The hotel was undergoing renovations on the 2nd floor but on the 1st floor, my room did not have a proper closet. The ironing board was stored in the bathroom. The AC unit was much louder than any other hotel I have stayed in over the years. The TV channels were not available and DirecTV logo was shown instead. The breakfast was good and the coffee is always hot.

This Hampton Inn is similar to so many others. The hot tub barely worked. Water was warm but really didn't circulate well. Room was clean, breakfast was good and staff friendly. Good place to stay for the price.

This is the 3rd Hampton Inn I've stayed at on my road trip and by far the most disappointing for the money. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is definitely a plus, but the pool area is less than desirable.

If you have kids who like to swim this is not the hotel for you, the pool was freezing and the shallowest spot was 3.5 feet. And if you're hoping to relax in a hot tub after a long day, be prepared to boil in the hottest whirl pool of all time. I twisted the timer to get the whirl pool started and nothing happened; I asked the front desk if it worked and they said a whirl pool is different than a hot tub.

So thanks Hampton Inn sante fe, but im not likely to return the next time I'm back.

DO NOT GET YOUR ROOM HERE. THESE PEOPLE TURNED AWAY MY DAUGHTER WHEN SHE WAS IN NEED OF A ROOM. SHE WAS A VICTIM OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, AND GIVEN THE REMOTE LOCATION OF THE HOME SHE OWNS, WITH 40 ACRES (YOU REALLY SHOULD SEE CERRILLOS), SHE WANTED TO BE CLOSE IN TOWN. THE HAMPTON INN, WHILE I WAS TRYING TO RENT HER A ROOM, SAID THEY WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ME BECAUSE OF MY DAUGHTERS SITUATION. THEY DID NOT WANT HER AT THEIR HOTEL. THIS IS HOW THESE PEOPLE TREAT VICTIMS OF ABUSE. THEY TURN THEM AWAY, IN THEIR HOUR OF NEED. WE DID NOT ASK FOR A HAND OUT. WE ASKED FOR A COMFORTABLE ROOM FOR MY DAUGHTER AND TWO GRANDSONS.

After a couple of disappointing Hampton visits in other cities, Santa Fe Hampton restored our faith in Hampton Inns. Bed was so comfy and room nice and quiet. We were greeted warmly, really enjoyed the pool and spa. We look forward to staying there again next time we pass through. We have stayed at many Hilton properties and believe we have never encountered such hospitable staff!
