I stayed in building four for a business trip. The purpose of our visit was to visit construction sites. My priorities for the hotel were a kitchenette, comfort, breakfast, and gym. The kitchenette is bigger than my townhome kitchen at home, with full stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and freezer. Well stocked with pots, pans, and everyone you need to prepare and serve a meal. Comfort was generous. Giant bed and sofa were older, but still comfortable after a day in the field. Clean carpets and linoleum floors were welcome to bare toes, and the balcony provided chairs for enjoying the Santa Fe evening. The courtyard is a real treat, with trees in bloom and ample seating. The pool wasn't yet open for the season during my visit, so it was quiet. Breakfast is included with room, and is generous. Standard fare (eggs, meat, fruits, cheeses, pastries and bagels/muffins, oatmeal, waffle maker), kept very clean, hot, and stocked. Nice area to dine in if you're with others, or disposable plates available if you want to take it back to the room. Gym had two treadmills, an elliptical, a bike, and free weights. Decent repair, nothing fancy or blingy. Towels and cold water available. Enough room to not be sweating on the person next to you. I really appreciated the 24/7 access! I will absolutely stay here again. If you're looking for a modern place with clean lines, this isn't it. But a clean, comfortable, well maintained, quiet hotel - this is a winner!

I wish I could have stayed long enough to leave a better review but there was one glaring issue with this hotel. The fireplaces in the rooms are not propane burning and instead use Duraflame logs. As soon as we entered the room, my allergic wife noticed the smokiness of the otherwise very clean room. We tried airing out the room for nearly an hour as we moved our stuff in from the car but it didn't help. We had no choice but to cut our stay short as it got too hard for my wife to breathe. Michael at the front desk was incredibly understanding and accomodating so we were able to get a full refund easily. He also informed me that the property was planning on renovations that include removing the balconies and wood burning fireplaces. We will be willing to give the Residence Inn a second chance after those changes for sure.

We stayed here for about 5 months. The rooms and facilities are nice and clean. The employees are wonderful. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. We had a great experience during our stay here.

The managers and front desk people were amazingly helpful! We were here on an extended stay, these guys were always courteous and kind. The room was large enough for our small family and a dog. It is very animal friendly and plenty of area to walk a dog. There is also a dog park not far. The location is close to downtown and the parking is free!

Clean and way comfortable! An easy drive to the Plaza. Awesome breakfast every morning with lots of healthy options and just about anything else you could want. We are coming back in Oct and gonna use the in-room fireplace. The pool was very clean and the lounge chairs were comfy. It was not crowded even in July. The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating even when we used all the ice from the freezer in our travel cooler they hooked us up with another bag. They offer a grocery shopping service and will stock your fridge with whatever you put on the list. Love Santa Fe and Residence Inn is a delight. ❤️👍🏼

Beautiful, clean rooms with stainless steel appliances. The loft suite with the Murphy bed below was especially accommodating for our family visiting my grandma at St. Francis hospital next door.

    Cobwebs.
Dead bugs and filth in bathroom lights.
Front window had rotten wood; it was falling apart and difficult to open/close.
Staff were talking badly about a guest while I checked in with no regard for might hear.
Hole in carpet by front door.
Torn up, sharp plastic by front door that I tipped on and cut my on.

The staff is super nice and accommodating. The business center is really convenient --i had to quickly print a resume, and it was easy to do and printing was free. My only complaint is that laundry can get expensive, especially if you're staying for awhile and don't bring your own detergent.

Great place for and extended stay. The rooms are large and have everything you need. Southwest charm, modern amenities, and a relaxing environment. Breakfast and the mixers were my only disappointment. They have the basics if you don't want to go out for breakfast or fix it in your room, just not a great selection and perhaps some better training on the food preparation would make a difference. I enjoyed the outside areas to sit and relax. The grills made it easy to cook outside. The grounds were well maintained and kept clean. Anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in the Santa Fe area should consider staying here.

The housekeeping staff decided to "keep" some of our property. The weekend daytime front desk staff (Charlotte) didn't believe us and got very defensive when we reported it. Called me, my very young two kids and wife liars and tried to get us arrested when we called the police to report our property stolen. While waiting for the police she told me not touch the free coffee because I was not longer a guest. She was very rude and disrespectful our entire stay. I have stayed in residence inns in Seattle, San Diego, Albuquerque, Phoenix and Los Angeles and was never treated like this.

We stayed there a month and a half while we waited to close on our house, so we spent a pretty penny do so. What type of person steals a child's stroller (amongst other things)? The nighttime staff was top notch as well as the maintenance personnel. Our first room smelled like smoke and the microwave went out twice in the second room but the night manager took care of all that promptly. Give credit where credit us due. I am a Marriott rewards gold elite member.

Great place in SF to Stay. Very nice staff and good breakfast. Nice night reception but the only downfall, no alcohol. They also need to make sure they fulfill additional in room requests. Overall Good service!

I was there 3 nights, my Ac froze at least twice. I know theses things happen but them not checking the pressure and bringing up to factor specs is the problem. , blowing smoke up my tail pipe and assuming user error was very unprofessional. The maintenance crew avoided my specific questions once they figured out I may know more about air conditioning than them, I never saw the guy with a pressure gauge, the room to avoid is 1421 these people owe me some kind of refund for making me sleep with my shirt off sweating. 3 nights. The nights blew in some cool air so I opened the windows but all three nights some body near by burned trash at 1 am scaring the hell out of my kids. The windows Ned to be shut or its smells like burning plastic. This property will have a lot of potential once they fire the maintenance crew and manager. sorry guys but that's a lot of money I paid to be that disrespected. You guys do not belong at that hotel

Great room, plenty of space. A full size fridge is awesome. It's on the south side of town, but Santa Fe's not that big, so you're less than 15 minutes from most places. The breakfast each morning is perfect, and a few nights a week, they do a snack in the evening. The rail yard district is close and has some great restaurants. My only knocks were that some of the staff had an irritated attitude, and the gym didn't have room for much else besides weights and the 4 machines. All and all, a nice place to stay.
