The room is very nice.the staff is nice too. The breakfast was really good too. The girlfriend liked the place. The room was very dusty. It was hard too sleep because of this.

Very nice, clean except our room furniture was very dusty. I couldn't believe it being I've stayed in a lot of holiday Inn expresses and never had that happen before. Beds were comfortable, rooms size good, breakfast awesome. Some noise. Walls needs better sound barriers. Staff friendly.

Phone in the room wasn't working and when I reported it to the front desk they started instructing on how to fix it. I'm pretty sure I wasn't the maintenance man that night. Breakfast wasn't bad

Booked through Expedia for a discount rate. They will not honor Gold status unless you pay full rate. Check out is at 11am, when I asked for late checkout they reluctantly gave me a noon checkout
You will need $25 extra on your credit/ATM for 'incidentals'they will place a hold and return your money to your card within 5-7 business days.
However, the breakfast crew graciously provided me with a bagel and banana when I missed breakfast. The room was huge with 2 king beds and the bathroom was stocked with extra towels. When it comes to my experience with Holiday Inn Express hotels this location fell just short of average.response / report this review -

Quiet location, staff was friendly and helpful. We liked the king beds since we are traveling with children.
The reason for only three stars is the lack of cleanliness. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower which they cleaned up at our request. There was hair in several of the wash cloths. The common areas like elevators, hallways and fitness center weren't as clean as we normally see.
There weren't any waffles for breakfast at this location.
Again, we had no issues with the staff, but I think management needs to work with their cleaning staff and make improvements there.response / report this review -

This was one of the most disappointing HIE that I've stayed in. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the floors hadn't been vacuumed. It looked as if the last guest had stayed there and housekeeping just left the floor as is. Although I was bothered by this, I left it alone. I then went to the bathroom and it also looked as if it wasn't cleaned. There were stains in the toilet and the bathtub had long strains of hair and soap scum outlining the tub. Still, my family was tired from traveling so I left it alone and didn't complain. The problem really came when I went to take a nap, I flipped over the pillow and there was an huge brown stain! That was it! I rushed down to the lobby and demanded a different room. The receptionist was nice and understanding and quickly gave us a different room a few doors down. Upon entering the room, I noticed again how dirty and trashy the floor was. I went by the mini fridge and on the sides, it was covered with dust and grime. The shower was still unclean but this time the water barely drained when we took showers and there was little black hairs on the soap stand. Overall, my impression of this hotel was low given not one but two unclean rooms. Needless to say, we checked out the next morning.

Very friendly staff. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. The Kids loved the pool, and there were always clean towels. I would definitely recommend this hotel😊

Spent 5 nights here in a row with my family doing mission work on houses in the area. We had a large group and the staff was the best ever. Kyle at the front desk is wonderful. Rooms have 2 king beds so whole family had room. They opened breakfast early for us since we leave early. Pool is awesome and so is breakfast. Great value for the money

Where do I begin.. the bathroom was disgusting. I don't know who they hired to clean this room. Surely, they didn't do an inspection checklist after the room was rearranged, because I wouldn't call it clean. I pulled the sheet back, and their was no fitted sheet on the king size bed. Then, while stepping foot into the bed, I stepped on someone else's used sock. I wanted to stand at this point in a corner for the remainder of the night. So the one star was given, because I had to give it something just to let the public know PLEASE go elsewhere and to post this review. If they had a (-) negative 👎 star they surely would be the first recipients of it!!!!

Nice hotel, comfortable and conveniently located. Unfortunately, there were several large groups of kids and teenagers staying there at the same time with minimal parental guidance. Needless to say, the hotel was not quiet or restful, but I don't hold the hotel responsible for that.

Rooms were great and we loved the two king beds. Breakfast was very good and great choices. Pool could've been a little warmer. Fans in rooms were loud but we needed it on to drown out noises of other guests and at 12:15 we heard lots of running on the floor above us.
