Do NOT go there!! My friend went there and got BED BUG BITES all over her! She went to them and asked for her $348.00 refund, they REFUSED, I live in Indianapolis, she lives in Evansville, so she ended up sleeping in HER CAR because they took ALL of her money, once I found out, I paid for her a room so she's not homeless, these people are RIPOFFS!! Their rooms are NASTY!! I have referred this to MY attorney and will pay him to sue them on behalf of her! I am also having her file with the Indiana Attorney General's office. How can someone be so GREEDY to take the LAST DOLLAR from a lady and then leave her HOMELESS?? These people are RIPOFFS!!

The room looks like on rented hourly. It smelled like a ashtray. Holes in the walls. Bathtub full of hair, dead bugs and what appears to be poop in the tub. Wash rags are nasty and stained. There wasn't even a fitted sheet on the bed. As if all this wasn't bad enough we found a used tampon in the bed. Refund refused and different room supposedly unavailable. The neighbors fist fought all evening and the children ran around yelling and slamming doors. I would NEVER recommend this place. I actually 100% discourage this dump!

Overall a ok place to stay, a older building that could use some repairs, but for the price. The size of The room, the equipment in the room, the kitchen part was older but worked fine, over all was cleaned well, the area seamed safe, but we got our room late at night and left next morning.
The man at the desk was vary nice,he made my wife vary much at ease when paying for the room we would stay here again.response / report this review -

I had to take a shower 💦🚿with my shoes on. It smelled like cigarettes was embedded in the walls, carpet, and bed! The check in made me feel like I was in a 5 star hotel, but when I got to the room a trap house.

ive only been here a day or so i paid for a week and im already making plans to leave . the sheets appear to be clean but they are not they have cigarette burns in them and when i asked for brand new fresh out the package sheets they jus handed me more nasty sheets i have itchy red bumps all over my skin and bi red sploshes which i didn't have Friday afternoon . idk if its mite or chiggers but im getting out other. not as clean as they claim it to be, if u have very sensitive skin dont go there

The desk clerk was friendly and my room was clean and quiet. The location was ideal. Close to shopping, dining and the casino.

Great place to stay. I was surprised to see how nice it was for the price..I definitely will stay here again and recommend my friends. Staff was also friendly and Courteous.

The weekly rate is kinda expensive, the first room we were in had roaches. And they are very strict on paying "rent" on time. They have a basic breakfast of carbs every morn, laundry area for only $1 for each machine. And a stationary bike and treadmill A wanna be gym

The room was little drafty. Checked in round 3am and was forced to check out at 11am the same morning. Felt I was robbed and cheated because of those factors

owner is rude and frint desk girks are very rude as well also charges for a late check out is this pay by the hour rype place i dont know but looks like it when you stay over and see the clientell roll in

Me and my daughter stayed there and my daughter left her Victoria Secret jacket there so when we called they said the house keepers will turn in anything they find. So I called the next day they still wasn't for sure so the clerk checked and there was no jacket and he was rude as hell cause I know for a fact my daughter left it there and when I called the next morning they said housekeeping never found a jacket and I know for a fact my daughter left it there so now there goes a 80 dollar jacket
