Wonderful staff, nice rooms, great prices and they work discounts for families whose loved ones are in the hospital. Also in a very accessible and safe area. Will always be staying here when in When in Evansville. Pet friendly!!

Reasonable rates, clean rooms. It isn't the Ritz, so keep your expectations where they should be. Free breakfast, good Wi-Fi.

Worst experience in a hotel EVER. We had booked 4 nights at the hotel. On our first night, we found bed bugs in our room, under the mattress, and even found one crawling on us. We alerted the front desk, and he seemed unconcerned about it. He said he would document our complaint. In the elevator down to the lobby, we ran into a group of contractors staying in the hotel, and they said they also had bed bugs. We took pictures of the room and the bed bugs for proof. The next morning, we went in to talk to the manager. He denied everything. The room had been cleaned that night, so of course, all the bed bugs had been vacuumed away. He was very rude and refused to give us any sort of refund back. Needless to say, I will NEVER stay in a super 8 motel again.

Not a bad economy hotel. The room was clean and the bed comfortable enough. There is plenty of fast food within a short drive.

The value for the place is great. Super friendly staff and above average for what originally looked suspect from the star rating shown on Google. Definitely a safe place.

checked in and more we looked around the worse it looked. we had 2 rooms. rooms not clean. pillows under cases all yellow stained. bathrooms unclean/ old urine on toilets at back. Feces on front of toilets in both rooms. . they would check us into different rooms but when we looked at them and they were no better than ones we had. At least we were refunded our money by the very friendly helpful man in charge at the desk. would never stay here again unless the whole place underwent a cleaning. Found the halls and stairwells etc. just as dirty as the rooms. This place is in an ideal location for movies, food, and mall. they really need to improve

I was overnighted in Evansville on business. I had the most pleasant stay at this hotel. Friendly, courteous staff. Very helpful as far as directions to dinner. Very quiet, cozy, comfortable bed. I will definitely stay here again if I return. Location is GREAT!! Movie theater across the street, various dining within a 3-5 mile radius. Thank you Super 8!!! 5 star in my book

As a late night stop to rest our heads while traveling, it was tolerable; I wouldn't stay there again.
Not only did the hallways smell like smoke, but an adjacent room had a gentleman who left his door open blasting rap music at 10pm.
The night clerk didn't seem to understand her job well and the morning clerk charged my credit card with a third room because of the night clerks mistake instead of calling the room and double checking before processing the charge; all because she couldn't get ahold of the night clerk. I'm unsure of what the older gentleman's roll was there, if he lives there or what.
If we hadn't been on the road for 10 hours already, I would have made a better choice in place I was staying. I'll be waiting to see if the third room charges will be reimbursed. The rooms were clean and we got a decent breakfast.response / report this review -

The rooms were nice and clean however, this is not a luxury hotel. Barely any amenities. All and all it was a good experience and the hotel staff was very nice. I would suggest they update it a bit though.

First of all, we booked a room online. 2 queen sized beds, for 2 adults and 2 children. We get there and they told us we only booked a room for 1. She said we booked a room with 2 beds for 1 person. Wrong.. Then we actually get to a room, and none of the lights work.. THERE WEREN'T ANY LIGHT BULBS IN THE LAMPS!! This place sucks, the lady at the front desk seemed anything but smart or friendly. We will not be staying here again.
