The hotel first off really feels classy. Well maintained wood lined rooms and soothing lighting, it's more than one would expect from a holiday Inn. Staff is very kind and helpful, and the breakfast is your standard Holiday Inn. Overall, it's easy this is easily on the nice end of Holiday Inn's. Worth the money.

Conveniently located to lots of things and a quick drive to Dallas Arlington or fort worth. Bed felt a little dated or worn in compared to others I've stayed at, and house keeping was inconsistent. All the employees I interacted with were top notch, from the desk, food service and housekeeping, very pleasant and accommodating.

This is a really nice hotel! As a mom of three children, I worry about the cleanliness but our room was spotless. The front desk staff was really friendly as well as the housekeepers, and the breakfast was good. As far as the location, it's across from the police department so that was good. Wonderful experience and we'll definitely be staying here again.

The breakfast was great. We had to wait a bit for our room because the person before us was a late checkout, but the staff was incredibly accommodating and offered to watch our bags and call us when the room was ready. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and overall good experience.

Stayed here many times over the years. Always a friendly staff, clean rooms. Comfy and quiet. The breakfast is okay. Could use a better breakfast. Would have been 5 stars if they would improve that.

Great stay, room had tall ceilings and big comfortably average beds. Microwave and fridge. Internet was okay. But really I'm never dissatisfied with my holiday inn Express stays. They are consistent enough that the familiarity of continental breakfast and soft/firm pillows and an LG TV remote brings me back.

Located conveniently off the freeway in the Mid-cities area. Free continental breakfast. Occasional happy hours with free appetizers. The amenities are nice and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Nice, clean rooms. Great location and easy to get to local restaurants. Here on business. Friendly staff. Fast turnaround on dry-cleaning. Business center had all the supplies I needed, ie paper for the printer, tape, stapler, Microsoft office. Would stay here again on my next trip to Ft. Worth.

This is the second time we've been here. The rooms are nice and clean. They have a hot breakfast from 6-10 every morning. There is an indoor pool and a fitness center. The staff has been very friendly, which is especially helpful as we are travelling for a family funeral. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff at the hotel accommodated our last minute reservation for my son and myself. They also did what they could to seclude us like i had asked because my son was having a rough night. The manager on that night was absolutely awesome! He helped me unload the car and also brought my bags to my room for me. He was also kind enough to even close the curtains for us. I decided to take my son to an urgent care because he would not stop fussing and the manager was very helpful with telling me one that is in the area and how to get there (we are from michigan). The staff at the hotel exceeded my expectations which was a very pleasant surprise! When I visit family in the area again we will without a doubt be staying at the same hotel!
