Stayed here on the first floor for a few nights (weekend) to attend a family wedding. Nothing fancy but nice enough and the staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. This place is convenient to all major roads and with a free breakfast, definitely worth the stay. Surprisingly less than other hotels in the area.

As usual the Holiday lnn Express was a very nice and clean and comfortable place to stay. Located just a few miles from the fairgrounds it made it very convenient to conduct business and then dine out and shop at local stores. I will continue my practice of staying at Expresses for business trips.

First room we were giving had something all over bed, told front desk so they gave us another room. This room was clean but color scheme was pretty wild. ( electric blue and gray). Breakfast at this hotel not much to speak of, could only get pancake machine to make 1 pancake even after repeated tries. Will stay at the holiday inn in downtown Cleveland next time we visit our daughter at Baldwin Wallace University. ( which is about 5 minutes from hotel but, evidently no one there has heard of it 🤔).

This place is great and close to the airport. The staff was helpful and friendly when we asked them questions. The room was clean and it came with bath and body works soap which is always nice to take with you.

1. The entire staff's professional politeness and courtesy is simply remarkable. Not once in the entire week that we were here did anyone of the staff not greet the guests in the hallway, in the lobby, in the cafeteria, even in the parking lot. They said good morning, good afternoon, how are you today? Have a great rest of your day. Just remarkable. Thank you.
2. The room is impeccably clean.
3. The bathrooms in the lounge, in the room, in the lobby just impeccably clean.
4. Excellent parking

My experience at this hotel was pretty good. For the most part the room was in great condition and very clean. The staff was great and the breakfast food was surprisingly good. They offer a free shuttle to the airport which makes this a great place to stay when visiting via the airport. This Holiday Inn Express was on the same level as other Holiday Inn Expresses I have stayed it. Clean, quiet, good breakfast, great water pressure!

Newly renovated room was nice. I had a good stay and as I regularly stay at Holiday Inn Express for work i was pleased with this site. Friendly staff was helpful. Would stay again.
