Our room was on the second floor with a king bed and a balcony. Room was spacious and clean, toiletries were great quality. Guest services were very nice and the lobby area was cool to hang out in.

Poor job on explaining the complementary services that go with paying for the room. We paid for 5 people, but the next day we were given only breakfast good for 2. And some single orders are considered already for 2. It was unclear. Beyond this, there was no menu disclosed. It was all words delivered in a not so friendly manner.

    Thanks

Great hotel. Near to Target, Olive garden, etc. Only 30 mins from TD Center. Had great service and they even opened the pool early for our daughter for a goodbye swim before we left. Serve Starbucks coffee on site and the kitchen had a great breakfast to order.

Hotel Staff are great. For once, they all have been very nice and attentive and happy! The lobby is spacious and has a nice little causal bar area that sells coffee, beer, wine and snacks (A bit pricey, but very convenient since there is nothing really walking distance). Hotel room is also spacious and has all the regular amenities. Coffee maker and small fridge included. Small sink/ vanity area and the toilet in this room is a bit wonky behind the bathroom door. But overall it's nice and definitely feasible for work travel.

We must have come on a super off day(s). I'm not writing it all out because it has been already and we were promised a follow up and never got oneobviously they don't care. We were absolutely not looking for anything for free and made that abundantly clear. A manager asked how our stay was, and we were honest. She promised someone would follow up, and quite frankly, we really didn't care either way because we weren't going to be staying there again. It just confirms that our impression was correct.

Beware of pool hours (only a couple hours at night), pictures of a hot tub are a lie, promised check in time (we tried for early check in, were told it wasn't possible- no biggie), but then it wasn't even ready at normal check in time, and we were promised room assignment I had requested a week in advance and she didn't even bother to say before we got to the room that they couldn't accommodate. She actually said no problem when I asked instead of saying it wasn't possible. Maybe she didn't want to be the bearer of bad news? We were nothing but polite and nice, so I don't know why she wouldn't want to tell us. Maid also walked in on my boyfriend completely naked. No knock. Well before check out time.

Probably rated in my top 3 Marriott's that I've stayed in. I travel a lot for work and only use Marriot and I must say this one was great. The staff was super helpful and extremely nice, the room was very clean and had no issues whatsoever. Even the location wasn't bad. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking around the Boston area. Definitely worth it

The most horrifying hotel experience of my entire life. I showed up very late at night after a long drive to the hotel. I check in and they send me off to my room only to find a naked man sleeping on a bed. I scurry back downstairs and ait for an hour while they try and figure out their screw up. After an hour they tell me that there were no other rooms available and suggest they go find another hotel. They at least have me the name of another hotel but that was it. I recommend you don't risk the same experience and try any other hotel!

Fairly good place to stay. Has a bistro inside which is convenient for meals. It's disappointing that they don't have complementary breakfast or coffee. The beds are comfortable.

Only stayed for one night, but the woman at the desk was super friendly and the room was very cozy. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel with clean comfy rooms. It would be nice if they had easier access to power outlets by the bed. One of the two outlets on the desk didn't work either.

It is close to ikea. Most people came here for that. The hotel is clean, and rooms are big. The service are very friendly and nice. feel like at home. Over all: 5 star. I would recommend anyone for a stay here.
