The hotel is the standard holiday inn. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good cafe for breakfast and drinks.
But the downside is location. Though they claim that they offer shuttle services, they tell you reasons to not offer that. Have got stuck at places because of their unreliable behaviour wrt to shuttle pick upresponse / report this review -

Typical hotel restaurant. Staff was very nice. We had breakfast. They serve it buffet style and we came in just before they started lunch. Food was still good. They may have done refills before we arrived. Some of the tvs were in weird locations. We were there to redeem a Groupon but the server said they don't apply it to breakfast despite it not saying so in the fine print. We'll be back to try dinner within the next several months.

My room was very nice , quiet , comfortable , and spotless ! The staff was the best ! The food was fabulous , the chicken tenders I had for dinner were the best I've ever tasted. A big thank you to the lovely young couple at the table next to mine who I chatted with at dinner. I left to meet up with my family and when I came back they were gone. When I asked the waitress for my bill she told me the young couple had used their coupons and paid for most of my bill.The breakfast buffet was great. The little cafe area they had by the check in desk was wonderful.I got a sandwich for a late night snack and it was delicious.
Also the shuttle bus that took us to and from my nieces wedding was really nice and very comfortable. Thank you.response / report this review -

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was very nice. I stayed there after my drill day after having a long few days of working and feeling to exhausted to make the long drive home. The staff at the desk went out of they're way to make me feel welcome and comfortable and I'm so grateful for it. I wish I could give them six stars. If you guys read this, thank you again.

Booked my room online 10 min prior. Arrived at the hotel to a very friendly attendant. Our room was missing toiletries and they brought them up immediately and major apologetic.
The restaurant was awesome! Our server was fabulous and super friendly and attentive. The food was spectacular! Coffee is available all night in the lobby. We were greeted with another friendly front desk attendant when we checked out at 5am.

Rooms were clean. Bathrooms are small and mold in shower. Only 1 ice machine worked, and not on our floor.same with soda/water machines. Had to go to other floors or to service desk where everything was priced higher.

Visited a previous coworker to have drinks at the hotel's bar/restaurant. Lounge and dining area was comfortable and casual. Waiter provided complimentary bar snacks. Getting service for more drinks was quick.

This Holiday inn is conveniently located next to Garden State Parkway at exit 135. I have not stayed In the hotel so can't opine about the rooms but, the lobby is clean and amenities include an outdoor swimming pool located next to and within view of the restaurant. The restaurant has about 50 tables plus a bar and all with plenty of seating arrangements options and within view of the many big screen tv's. The menu is American style food and the service has been great on both occasions that I visited. The food is great along with the service. Occasionally dining discounts are available from Groupon.

Was here for a corporate training event. Location of the holiday inn it's very convenient as it's right off the parkway. Very clean inside. Chairs were comfortable and the temperature inside was comfortable. Pens, notepads, continuous food and drink was available throughout our training. Overall very satisfied and no complaints
