Very old hotel with no renovation. Front desk made mistake and gave us the wrong key to somebody's room. When we opened the room, naked dude stand in front of us, it freaks us out.

No elevator for the first floor!!!!!!! Is this hotel even real?????? I was shocked to know that I will have to carry my heavy luggage up to the first floor !!!!! How do they call themselves a three star hotel if they cannot even provide an elevator.
The keys never worked on the exit door when I tried to haul some extra bottles from my car. Pathetic.

Good, Nice and Clean Hotel. Staff's are good. Good Location. But breakfast is not included in Room Charges. Has to be paid separately

Everything was set and ready while we checked in. Also, we had checked in 1 hour prior to the check in time. They gave a map along with our hotel keys and told us the best place to park based off our room. All the co-workers were very polite.

We did have one incident on our previous stay here. Smoke started to appear in our room, and for the inconvenience, they had taken a charge from our stay in the hotel and even let us use their shuttle for free.

Accommodations always clean and comfortable. It is the only hotel I will stay in, when in the Buffalo area. The attached bar grill left some to be desired. Out of menu items and no specialty cocktail menu. Our server was exceptional, despite being new and left to his own devices.

I used the Holiday Inn for my bridal shower. The space was perfect for the amount of guests I had but the carpet and curtains were not pretty. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed dessert. I was not impressed by the server helping us. She was quite cold and had a bit of an attitude. I still had a great time and really enjoyed my shower overall. It was perfect for what I needed.

This place is clean! I am in hotels 40+ nights a year and this hotel rates at the top of the list. Staff (minus one AA female) was extremely friendly. Pool felt clean. even had full size towels. we needed nothing to improve our stay. i hope everyone has this same experience.
