I don't Know where exactly to start! From the first call to Mike the Plumber's visit. Everything about My Georgia Plumber was AMAZING! Calling customer service was always a pleasure. We needed a new Gas Line into our kitchen for our new Restaurant. The professionalism from MGP was absolutely AMAZING! They were able to come out and see exactly what I wanted and schedule the service for the next week. Speedy Service!!! Now.. Mike the Plumber. If he could have his OWN comedy Special Id watch it! Mike is VERY professional and walked me through every step of the process. There was a small issue that arose while Mike was on-site and he handled it perfectly! I feel very comfortable with MGO with all of my plumbing needs both commercial and residential. Thanks Mike for the great work and If we're "backed up" ill be sure to call you!

I had two different technicians come out, the first one came out and assessed the situation but I was unable to turn the water off to my building that day . They were quickly able to reschedule me for the next week, and my second technician’s name was John and he was great! He took the time to explain some of the things that I was seeing and quickly fixed the leaking faucet in my tub.

My Georgia plumber has a $100.00 service fee they will not tell you about when you set the appointment. There is no mention on their website. Was also told by tech I would not be charged the fee until I had time to discuss my experience with management, well that was a lie. Charged within an hour of the tech being there. Wanted to charge me over $200.00 to use their electronic gas sniffer on one pipe, ONE! I also received their invoice and many of their items have a mark up of 400-500% over retail price. Over $200 dollars for an expansion tank that costs $50.00 dollars. I understand the fact that they have overhead, but that is beyond excessive. Will not return my emails/call to discuss further. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on their shady business practices and their cost structure alone. Do yourself a favor and call another plumber that will not take advantage of you and will not price gouge you.

Forget the bad yelp reviews listed first and read all the posts there.

The thermostat on my old water heater gave out and was continuously running. (The temp/pressure valve worked but the water was hot enough to bubble cement paint). I ordered a hot water heater from Lowe's and the first installer called to say install could not be faster than 5 days (long time to go with no hot water!). Rep said she would call Lowe's and have them find another.

Received a call from Michael's the next a.m. (before posted opening) and was told install could be same day (between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.) Mike showed up at 12:30 p.m. and was finished by 1:30 p.m. Mike was extremely friendly and courteous, knew his stuff, and was willing to answer all my questions.

His service is also 24/7/365 and he abides by it. I had a plumbing ins. policy that was supposed to be 24/7/365 but they failed to provide service after hours or on holidays. Just call Mike and get emergency repairs done in a timely fashion.

I would definitely recommend to all that Michael's be given an opportunity to provide service or a quote!

We had a water main pipe burt outside our home and called Michael's Plumbing on reference from a neighbor. Mike came out the next day to asses the situation and scheduled the repair the following day by squeezing us in. They were right on time and not a minute late, cleaned up after themselves so well that you wouldn't even know they had to dig 3 feet deep in my brand new flower beds with fresh mulch, and the cost was as expected - no hidden costs after the fact. Great customer service too, they called the next day to confirm everything was working properly. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again for any plumbing needs!

Rob came out to my home to install a water heater, dishwasher, and a microwave vent hood. There were issues installing the water heater and microwave that were out of his control. He explained was needed to be done and even gave recommendations on people to call. He was very friendly and informative. After I got the issues fixed, he came back within days and installed the appliances at no extra charge.

Michael is awesome. He has fixed so many problems that our builder missed in plumbing. He is very experienced, knowledgeable, honest and fair priced. He will tell you if something is worth fixing, replacing or just a waste of money. I love them for being upfront and honest. He's the only plumber I trust.
