Farina was the hostess for my sons 2nd birthday party and she was great! I planned his party last year so it was great to not have to worry about anything. She took care of us and they even made an announcement when it was time to gather in the party room. This kept us on schedule and everything moved along perfect. My son had a blast and my family and friends did as well. We will definitely be going back!! Thank you all for great service!!

I recently planned a birthday party for my 4 year old at HippoHopp, and it was the best indoor party we have had for him yet! The staff provided great customer service when I popped in to check out the venue prior to the big day. The staff was more than helpful with addressing the questions that I had regarding food allergy. Farina was well prepared to help me on the day of the party, which allowed me to spend more time with my son, rather than hanging my decorations. Both Farina and Jane were prompt with smoothly moving the party along through each phase, yet they weren’t overbearing. It was quite refreshing not to have to worry about all of the fine details because HippoHopp had it covered!

Writing this review as I still sit here..3 hours in! Took the girls here today so I could get some work done while they played. The parents' area is well-positioned to have your eyes on the entire facility while they run around, comfortable seating and good wifi. The snacks and drinks are reasonably priced and healthy! Tons of different things to keep their attention, only wish they were closer to us. Needless to say, this will likely turn into a regular summer spot this year!

Today was my first experience with this business, I have a 22 month old and a four year old. They had a blast they absolutely love the independence of being able to run around and play with or without each other with or without friends. I absolutely love that it's one single level, that it's clean and when you walk in you can tell it's clean. The bathrooms are absolutely kid friendly. And the food was good and reasonably priced we will definitely be back

I absolutely loved HippoHopp! We are from Tampa and tried to find an indoor play area for our toddler (1y.11 m). HippoHopp was close to our hotel and we arrived early at 10am on a Saturday morning. It didn't look exciting on the outside but it's awesome inside! Very clean! Everyone including adults must wear socks! Bring your own or they can be purchased for $1.50 or foot covers for $1. Huge indoor play area, tons of clean toys to play with. Tons of chairs and couches for adults to lounge. They have healthy snack choices but we didn't eat there. Clean restrooms and they also have a toddler area with a nursing nook. I highly recommend! All of the staff were friendly.

My family has been at Hippohop for many years. This was the first time that I left feeling as if I had just wasted my money and was sad that I had opted to reload my card prior to our experience. Today, there were only 4 bounce houses. Two of them were for 5-10 year olds, one was for a 0-3 years, and one was for 0-4 years. So, if you have a 4 year old, only one bounce house was available to them. This also created a problem for any child younger than 3, because all the 3 and 4 year olds were running wild and unsupervised in those bounce houses rendering them unsafe for younger children. There used to be a small bounce for 0-2 but that was removed. The climbing gym had several of the swings broken off and padding ripped and hanging from the poles. The Lego area was supremely unsafe with unsupervised children building tall structures and knocking them over. I saw several children getting hit. Staff were present and polite; however, none were monitoring children's behavior or enforcing the safety rules. I do believe that it is the parent's responsibility to watch their children, but I also feel that if the establishment has staff out roaming the place, they should be assisting. I have been there before where staff utilized the whistles they wear to keep children from climbing up the slides or bouncing on the top of the slides (which was occurring today). Additionally, it was way overcrowded with three birthday parties and open to the community making it even harder to maintain safety.

My daughter had a ball, I rented a party room for her 6th birthday and we had Farina as our host she was super sweet. My daughter already wants to go back. I thought with all the running around and awesomeness they had for them to do that after we finally left she would have been wore out but she partied all night lol I’d recommend this to everyone. So much fun!

It was truly a great time. We went to celebrate a birthday but no party my kid just enjoyed being around other kids their age. The Cafe is cool but the food products in the case get hot because of the lights. The yogurt wash warm and watery. The juice boxes in the case were warm too not because they came out of a box but because of the hot lights in the food case.

I have never been to hippo hop so I thought it would be pretty cool to plan my son's 3rd birthday party here. So far everything is good. Paid $150 for a deposit. So happens that I have a death in the family. I called them to see if they can refund me my money only because I have so much going on with having a funeral on the same day as my son birthday/party. But the only thing they would do is reschedule. I understand it's business. But I shouldn't have to choose between a love one funeral and my son's party.

I had never done the "birthday party in a box" thing and was worried about the cost, but it was so worth it! We love Hippo Hopp anyway, and it was nice for the adults to get to relax in a private room while the kids went nuts. Our party host checked on us constantly, was friendly and helpful, cut our cake for us, and did all the clean up. My now-4-year old loved his party! Would definitely do again.

I thought it was really good! I had my son's 2nd bday party here and he enjoyed himself so much he did not want to leave. All my guests said to me that they had a good time and so did their kids. My party host was really good, thank you to her and HippoHopp! Now the only thing that should have been better well more like taste better would have been the pizza. You should never go wrong with pizza, people love it.

Yesterday was my first time going to hippohopp and the experience was great, very clean, spacious and my son loved it and I also had a great time running around with him it wasnt many restrictions for his age(3) and plenty of space for him to run around and random toys laying around to catch his attention In between bounce houses we didn't need to stay longer than 3 hours cuz he was already exhausted really considering having his next birthday here

This was my first time at HippoHopp. Great place for YOUNG SMALL children. Lots of space the cafe have plenty of healthy options to choose from. But I must say to parents and nannies please recognize when your child is the largest in the facility, it may be time for an alternate play space. I'm sure one of Hippohopp top concerns is the safety of the kids, it should be ours as well.

There were age restrictions posted EVERYWHERE! Either a child was too OLD to play in the jumpy or too young! And parents aren't allowed inside of the jumpys to assist. Its a clutter of toys all over the place and the toddler room is small and just way to cluttered. And let's not speak in the security. There is none! You can walk in and out just picking what kid you wanted to take home!

We brought our 1 year old here today for the first time. She had so much fun!

Equipment was clean and staff were present and came in and out of the toddler area to ensure things weren't too chaotic and messy.

Lots of things to play with and plenty of seating to supervise the kids.

We had a great time and will be back!

A really fun place for young children. My 3.5 year old had a blast building, jumping and climbing. She was so tired after 2 hours of play. Affordable and clean. We did not try the cafe food but it looked really nice too. We will be happy to hop in again when we visit Atlanta next time! ~ North Carolina Mama
