This was my first visit to this office but 2nd baby, so I knew a lot going into my appointment. Dr. Bryant answered all my questions and was very personable. Didn't feel rushed at all, even when explaining my first birth story and asking a lot of questions about VBACs. I felt super comfortable with him and I left feeling very good about changing hospitals and OBGYNs. Highly recommend!
You know, I delivered my second baby with these people and they're usually very nice and help ful. But today. 10/17/17 @ 9am I had a nurse that was VERY RUDE to me on the phone and told me I should be the one to know the pharmacys phone number where they're sending my medication. And they didn't even ask me initially where I wanted it sent so they sent it to all the way in Atlanta which is 45 minute drive. Then had the audacity to get rude & condescending with me for asking if they could change it. like i get people have bad days but damn, making your patients feel dumb on the phone when they don't know something. I think she might need a lesson in customer service
If I could leave a -1,000 I would. The service was awful. Where do I start? I had been having swelling in my legs and feet for months, and they kept telling me it was normal and not preeclampsia and I just needed to take it easy. A week before I delivered I started having shooting pains from my back to spine and high BP. I called several times to the nurse-on call on the night before I gave birth, I started having contractions all night and was told to take a benadryll and go to sleep. That was mistake number one. After dealing with excruciating pain all night, I went in at 8am to see if I could be seen. My contractions and pain was dismissed as "stomach cramps from a virus". I reassured all the nurses that it was pre-term labor. They were about to send me home, when I got up and my water broke. Sure enough, they did a urine sample to find protein in my urine meaning I had the preeclampsia. After going to give birth after hours of contractions , they attempted to put in the epidural. They messed my epidural up THREE TIMES. I was stabbed three times in the back and by that time sobbing from the pain. Then, when I was ready to push, I kept telling them I felt extreme pressure but no one seemed to care. After an hour yelling for nurses and feeling awful pressure, they finally came and said she was crowning. I was so mad I could have screamed. After giving birth to my beautiful baby girl, I started feeling better and was able to walk the first day. After 48 hours, they were ready to discharge me as soon as possible so. They were in such a rush that they discharged me without taking my bp again. So after eating, I started throwing up uncontrollably and my bp rose to 117/80. I asked to be readmitted in my room and they refused and forced me to the ER and sit in the waiting room for FOUR HOURS. My baby had to stay in the nursery and I was surrounded by severely sick people. It was a hell. But, it gets worse. Once getting back to a disgusting, small, run down room, they tried dismissing my symptoms again saying I had a stomach virus. I reassured them to call my OBGYN and that I had the HELP Syndrome. Within minutes of sending the results, the OBGYN readmitted me for five more days where I underwent magnesium and constant testing, since my liver enzymes were elevated. The doctor told me if I would have went home after they tried to discharge me not once, but twice, I could have had a STROKE and died. THE WORST SERVICE I'VE HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE! ITS KILLERSTONE!
Dr. Bryant is a phenomenal doctor! The entire staff was very courteous and I was seen within a few minutes of arriving. He answered every question I had and made the appointment as comfortable as possible. He took his time and I did not feel rushed through the appointment at all. A few days later I had to make a phone call to office regarding something from my appointment. Within 15 minutes, I got a response from his nurse and then was called by Dr. Bryant himself just a few minutes after that!! They worked me into the schedule the very same day!! Highly recommend!!
Honestly super annoying if you're pregnant you shouldn't have to wait a month or more to get in on an appointment. Unprofessional.
I came to this location for an annual checkup with Dr. Phillips and he was wonderful. He took time to speak with me about any concerns I had and genuinely listened/gave feedback. The front office staff was very courteous and welcoming as well. After my appointment, I received a card in the mail that was hand signed from everyone in the office thanking me for choosing them. This really left a good impression on me. I will continue going here and referring others as well.
The staff, nurses, and doctors here are all fantastic. I've never felt more assured and comfortable at a doctors office before. They are all very kind and understanding. Their kindness during our appointment meant so much!
Went here for two pregnancies. I LOVE midwife Kim Long! She's the best!
Everyone there is rude and don't care what your birth plan is. Fuck this place never going there again!
It was my first time seeing Dr. Phillips. Him and his staff were very polite and fast. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable every second I was there. I would highly recommend going to see him.
All the staff and nurses are so kind and pleasant. Plus we LOVE our Midwife Kim Long a ton. We are having our first baby, and it has been a totally stress free and wonderful experience! I feel really comfortable delivering our daughter here.
