Best children’s hospital in metro Atlanta. This place is the place to go when your kid is sick and all the other hospitals don’t know what is wrong. Everyone is professional and the truly care. No wonder they rank one of the highest top companies to work for in Georgia! When my daughter was sick and nobody knew where to even start, this place took the lead. Excellent staff and they even offer valet parking!

I'm a first time mother of my 3 month old baby girl, she currently is in this Facility with RSV . The staff in the picu has been the absolute most wonderful people I have ever met. they have comforted me in ways I didn't know that I could be comforted in the situation. My daughter has had the best care possible and I couldn't be more thankful. These women and men are such a blessing .

Amazing hospital ! I highly recommend this place if your child ever needs medical care . My baby's life was saved by the wonderful doctors here twice ! Both times I've been here I've had great experiences . My baby was transfered from another hospital in ambulance because she had a bad infection & her fever wouldn't go down it got to 104 . Shout Out to Richard, Anna, Theresa & Vanessa my baby's nurses she was there just last month in room 232 ! I will be coming here if my baby needs medical care even if it's an hour & 20 minutes of a drive . Thank you CHOA !! If you want to save your child's life come here !

My baby has sickle cell, and the moment I came thru the ER and gave my information I was seen! Hospitality was excellent. I had to stay the weekend and I swear I felt so much understanding and kindness. I'm glad I went with my first thought and came straight here! Baby Tylor appreciates all the love and care! Thank you CHOA! especially the ladies on the 5th floor (rm 556) had to rate while still here.

My son was admitted on 10/21 and we just got discharged today!!! In that month we have met some of the most amazing people!!!!!! We were ready to leave but so sad to be leaving the people who are like family now!!! My son has autism so sometimes he can get a little upset and cause a fuss but they all learned the things he didn't like and they always worked around his little fits! I was so impressed with the way they acted towards him!! He fell in love with all of them and was so excited to make new friends!!!! Thank you CHOA for being amazing and having the most loving and caring employees!!!! ❤️💕❤️💕❤️

My grandson has an appt with the Neurologist Mrs. Sidhu at 8:40, and we live over an hour a way. We fought heavy traffic the whole way down, and called 4 times to let them know we may be late. They told us that we have a 20 min leave way but Maps took us thru a subdivision and we called to tell them we were about to pull in and the Provider Mrs. Sidhu said unfortunately she was not gonna be able to see us today, after every thing we went thru, me holding my urine for over an hour bc I knew I didn't have time to stop anywhere. Anyways I'm having to reschedule but it darn sure won't be with that very inconsiderate doctor. I was so aggravated and hurting so bad from holding my urine for so long i just wanted to cry.

My newborn baby was here for the first 6 weeks of her life because of a birth defect. They said she would spend 6 to 9 months here but she got to go home in 6 weeks. She had multiple surgeries during her first few weeks and on top of being born very early and a birth defect the NICU staff did really great including the surgeon.
Anytime any of my kids have an emergency I take them here straight away!
Clean nice place. ALL THE STAFF ARE GREAT! Cafeteria is great as well.

I am an Atlanta native I drove 55 miles on late Saturday night bc my local ER MIsdiaganosed my granddaughter , three times, she was taken into ER for high fever, was seen immediately, staff is awesome, was in /out in 2 1/2 hrs Thanks to everyone!

Those people who leave bad reviews about this hospital staff who go out of their way to help your loved ones, you gotta a lot of nerve, if u look those people leave bad reviews every where they go! Do us all a favor and stay home no one cares !

This location will see your children up to the age of 21!! ♡♡ The staff,,,,,facility and care that you receive is so caring, loving and genuine! Very professional and the medical staff cares about the child's health and caring and supportive to the family! It's well worth the drive from Peachtree City! ♡♡♡♡♡ Top notch staff and Medical Doctors! Love it here. Always have,,,,,always will! ♡♡♡

Hopefully this isn't what this Hospital represents everyday however I have to give my experience the last couple of times when it comes to waiting to be seen. We had an appointment each time. The first time we were running 5 minutes late and said we had to reschedule. This time, we've been waiting for over 2 hours! This doesn't make any sense. Not only are we waiting but the staff doesn't really seem to care we took off from work to be here 30 minutes before our appointment. They're very passive. I won't say we're going to find somewhere else to go but we will send a complaint to the Hospital and make sure they do something regarding our bill since we're currently waiting over 2 hours.

My son had his cleft palate surgery done here a couple of months ago and all went well. As at least one other person pointed out, sometimes the nurses can be hit or miss in terms of attentiveness, but you got to understand that this is a very busy children's hospital. We were very pleased with everything from start to finish except for the sleeping situation. It simply does NOT compliment both parents staying there at the same time. We made it work, but it was kind of uncomfortable

Spent 2 months there with special new born baby. The nurses are hit or miss Sometimes you get attentive ones, and the other half the time you get mediocre ones that don't change diapers regularly and make the mother feel left out in caring for her new born baby They will scold you for innocently shutting you're eyes while rocking your little helpless baby in the rocking chair, because moms can't fall asleep, heaven forbid It's not taken into consideration that your newborn is on O2 and has tubes and plugs poking out of her body and the mom is there by her bedside day in and night No brake And there aren't individual rooms, no, your separated from other helpless newborns by a cubical so your baby hears constant chatter and crying and alarms going off for 30 minutes at a time before any one checks on them and turns them off oh God the NICU is a depressing, nail biting place for sick pitiful babies to recover My heart goes out to all the mothers and innocent newborns who are welcomed in to the world inside those walls But my hat does go off to the other 50% of health care professionals that do care who also work there. And Nursing moms eat free in the cafeteria, which does have pretty good food And it's right across from the Ronald McDonald House so you don't have to travel far. And when you do take your baby home, their out patient pediatric neurologists are incredibly smart and talented and will make sure you're are set up with everything you need before you leave, they will make referrals to PT and home medical equipment, and give you enough medicine to last until you see the next specialist, anything you need.
