Had a recent service appointment at Hilton Head BMW for a wheel repair on my 640i GC. Worked with Service Advisor Brad Woodcock to set up the appointment and arrange for a loaner. Upon arrival they took the car right in and Brad put me in new X3 loaner. The car was ready exactly when promised and the repair work was excellent. I highly recommend Hilton Head BMW for service work.

I would like to express my personal thanks to Mr Steve P, and Ms. Stephanie S, for their personal and exceptional knowledge shown towards our purchase of my 2017 750i . I am a disabled veteran and couldn't drive to them, but they drove to me. I would highly recommend them both to be recognized for going above their daily sales. Ms. Stephanie is definitely a asset to Hilton Head BMW. Also we made wonderful friends

We ALWAYS have a great experience when visiting Hilton Head BMW!!! Brad made our check in easy, the courtesy driver was there waiting at the door for us and encouraged us to go to whichever outlet we choose.
And of course time seems to fly when you’re having fun!!! We received a call back just a little over an hour to let us know the service has been completed. The courtesy driver was right on time to pick us up. Check out was fast, fun and easy!!! We love Hilton Head BMW!!!response / report this review -

I had a great first car buying experience over at Hilton Head BMW! I came in because of an ad on Car Gurus. I called a few times about the car and everyone was friendly. Finally came in to test drive it one day and I was greeted with the same hospitality. There I met Charles DeCarlo aka “Chuck”. Chuck was nice and welcoming. He made my first car buying experience a breeze. He was patient and prepared every time the occasion called for it. After giving me a quote for my trade in and doing a test drive. We worked out the numbers and I was pleased. Came back in a few days to purchase and the process couldn’t have been easier. Thank you to Chuck for everything! Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Went in for service today and my advisor was Joe. Fast and efficient in executing the required paperwork. Service was complete in about an hour. Everyone at this BMW STORE is very well trained and professional. Overall, I have found the staff very friendly and courteous in every facet of the operation. Would highly recommend this dealership for anyone wanting a BMW or any used car they have available

I had a nail in my tire and my husband was able to call and get the tire ordered so I could come in for the repair. I was greeted as soon as I drove up. My tire was repaired in a timely manner and everyone working there that I came in contact with was professional and friendly.

I worked with Joe today and had a wonderful experience. We were having our air bag replaced in the steering wheel. Arrived at 8:00 AM and the car was ready well before the time I had suggested which was 1 PM. I received a call from Joe that the car was ready at 9:40 AM. It doesn't get much better then that. Great experience starting with a warm welcome when we arrived. Easy to deal with. Stephanie, the sales person, was great and was very helpful in the process. The "Genius " position that BMW has is really good. Worked with Michelle, Sydney, and Tilly. All were very good. Tilly did a very nice job with the delivery review. Our 4th car from this dealership and each time the experience gets better.

I had an excellent experience leasing a car from BMW of Hilton Head today. This is the second time I leased from them, and, as always, everyone was warm, courteous, and professional. My advisor, Chuck DeCarlo, was happy to go the extra mile to help me determine the best vehicle and options to suit my needs. He was consistently responsive and accommodating. I will recommend Chuck and BMW of Hilton Head to my family and friends.

The staff is attentive, the service is awesome, the dealership as a whole is professional and well kept. I felt as if I had bought 10 cars.. VIP treatment from start to finish. I drive 2 hours and let's be clear I wold drive another 5 hours , just to have service at HILTON HEAD BMW. I love this dealership.

First time experience with BMW of Hilton Head was awesome. I immediately met Liane Mann in Sales, and she was great. Liane was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and took the time to make sure that I was completely satisfied. It was clear that building a long term relationship was her priority. After my experience, I have full confidence in BMW of Hilton Head and would recommend Liane to anyone considering purchasing a BMW.
