Everyone knows how difficult it is to shop for a car. Working with Hilton Head Honda was a very comfortable experience for myself and my wife. Rick Montalvo was very patient in letting us look at different vehicles before we decided on the correct model. He took his time and never pressured us. We bought a new car that day.

Ricky was extremely helpful and accommodating. Ryan helped bring down the price a bit and Shawn was great with additional warranties. All in all, it was a great experience and I'm very pleased with my new car!

Our experience with Hilton Head Honda and Andy Place was very pleasant. He didn't pressure us and was transparent with pricing. Gave us a better deal than other dealerships in the area had offered. He helped us through the entire purchase process and helped us through the financing and insurance processes. We felt very comfortable with him and are very pleased with our new CRV and the overall customer service at Hilton Head Honda.

Hilton Head Honda has great customer service! Since purchasing my certified used car last spring from Brian, he and the sales manager Dave made sure that I have been nothing but satisfied with my purchase. Also want to say how great the communication is at Hilton Head Honda both with working with Brian and Dave as well as Chris in the service department. I would highly recommend Hilton Head Honda!

I have taken my Honda Crosstour to the service department a few times for regular maintenance. They are the MOST AMAZING group of people. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALIVE at Hilton Honda. Very Impressive!

Andy Place went above and beyond helping me purchase a car. I do not live in SC but, my child attends school in SC. When my child's old car 'died', Andy helped me purchase car. We handled the entire purchase via phone, text, email and mail - I didn't have to take off work and fly down for the purchase. Andy walked us both through the purchase. I am truly impressed and thankful for Andy's efforts!

My experience at Hilton Head Honda was beyond perfect. These people really want to send you away with the car of your dreams. I knew what I was looking for and what I could afford and they did everything they could to make my dreams come true. Even when they didn't have the color car I preferred they didn't settle for anything less. They had the exact color, model and extras I wanted within 24-48 hours. How could you resist such excellent service and to know this is my support team if I ever have any problems made the purchase that much easier. If you want a Honda, this is the guy to see and place to go.

Colleen was simply amazing and provided excellent customer service all the way through!
Shawn was so persistent in regards to the financing portion of this process.
Both Colleen and Shawn assured me that I would drive off the lot in a Honda. And I'm proud to say, I did just that, in a 2013 Honda Accord Ex! I call her Goldie Locks :) (And yes, I named my car..who doesn't?)
To this day, Colleen continues to be only a text or phone call away with any questions or concerns that I may have. I highly recommend that you visit Colleen and Shawn for any and all of your car desires. You definitely won't be disappointed!response / report this review -

Jason was very professional and knowledgeable. There was no pressure at all from any associates at Hilton Head Honda. I enjoyed meeting Jason and the experience of buying a used car from him. Overall extremely satisfied with the entire process.

Very happy with the total experience, Have had service done @ Hilton Head Honda & was always pleased with their service department. Picking up my car, decided to take a look at the new models & talked to Jason. Really nice guy, no high pressure, very personable. Wound up buying an Accord Sport - great car, great deal, great people! Would definitely go back for future purchases.

Jason and the entire team at Hilton Head Honda made our experience incredible. My husband and I had a 2012 Jeep Compass we wanted to trade for something more gas efficient. Jason chatted with us about our wants/needs for our next vehicle as well as our budget. From there, he identified a few cars he thought we would love and send us on test drives. The very first car he picked, a 2007 Infiniti G35, ended up being our favorite and the one we ultimately purchased. Jason did everything he could to ensure we stayed within our budget, and in the end we drove off the lot in our dream car (within our budget!). I can't say enough great things about the caring spirit of the folks at Hilton Head Honda. We never felt rushed or pressured, and, in fact, we spent the majority of our time there laughing and genuinely enjoying the process. I highly recommend this dealership and Jason Griswold!

Our van needed a new alternator on Friday, the day before we were heading back to Ohio from our vacation on HHI. Sue was amazing in getting our van through diagnostics and the part ordered on time so that they had the new alternator the next morning to fix our van. They called before 9:30am on Saturday to say the van was repaired and ready to go. We were able to leave as planned to get home thanks to excellent service provided by Sue.

Thumbs up! Bought a car without any hassle. Very few sales calls. Easy price negotiation. Did take way too long to pay, 2 hours. Recommended, would use again.
