Good work. No problems
Salesman was great, but the manager was a total jerk. Didn't mention anything about an extended warranty until after the paperwork was already signed. Was very rude and didn't like the fact that I was going through Navy Federal and not their banks. Also my charge ports didn't work five minutes into taking ownership of the vehicle. They seriously wanted to charge me $200 for an electrical check. In five minutes I found the blown fuse and fixed it myself. Not to mention the motor to my vehicle exploded four months into ownership. After a check on the OBD it showed two historical faults that mentioned engine trouble, but had been cleared so as to not have a check engine light come on. Sadly because of not being offered the extended warranty until after signing the paperwork and being unable to get one, I was liable for the everything. Needless to say I wasted my time, my money and ended up getting rid of the car. A total loss on my end. Never ever do any business with these crooks.
Dodge owners of Savannah: This is a good options compared to the Autonation of Savannah. Solid service in a timely manner. The advisor I dealt with, Casey, was a big help, even hooked me up on the rental. Only reason I didn’t give five stars because I had to pay for the rental, not Casey fault. Just how it is now with car dealerships.
Sales and service excellent. Nice relaxing service area with coffee. Fast in out oil change,
Not a bad place. Had a great selection of cars to choose from. Alexis was great and helped us with everything we needed and asked for. Wasn't pushy at all. Aaron on the other hand was a pushy dick. Literally the exact definition of a pushy salesman that gives car dealerships a bad reputation. I would never work with him again. Even if he was the only one there, I would take my business elsewhere or go a different day.
Long drive from Hilton Head - takes up good part of your day to get car serviced.
Terrible business. They allowed me to drive in from out of state, with my baby, in stormy weather to test drive and buy a vehicle that they never really had. I had been communicating with Michele all day and told her we were out of state and would drive in to test the car out and make the purchase. She said the car was available for us and set us up an appointment for that afternoon. Well, 9 minutes before our appointment, as we are parking and getting the baby ready to go in we get a call from Jim who sounded "off" when we told him we arrived he sighed dramatically and said ok, see you inside. We go in, knowing they must have sold it and prepared to be let down. He said I'm a sorry, I went to pull the car and it's gone, we no longer have it. We were so angry we told him we weren't interested in anything else he had and we left. It was 100% clear they lied to get us there and they hadn't had the car for a while. I will never buy from these scummy sales people. Did they really think we'd stick around and look at their inventory. They had hours to realize the car was gone while we were on the road. They are full of it.
I am 14 years old and was walking around the Jaguar lot looking for an F-Type R in which a very nice Jaguar associate had told me I could go and look at. We were on our way to it and a New River Auto Mall employee in a Ford Explorer came up to me and yelled "There are cars around here! Get to your parents right now!" And I said "what did we do? I was told I was allowed to walk to this car" and he rudely responds "I don't care! Get walking kid!". I knew I had to walk or I would be busted. (My parents allowed me to go and see the car) But that's not all after that he started to STALK us all around the dealership and continued to do this until our parents came around the corner. I got on the sidewalk to avoid any trouble and he immediately says GET ON THE SIDEWALK AND WATCH OUT FOR THOSE CARS! I was already on the sidewalk "Those cars" were our parents picking us up because the employee forced us to call them. He the stalked our parents cars as we left and finally gave up at the exit.
The only good thing was that ALL of the dealerships were very nice with service and everything. This two star review was all because of an extremely rude New River Auto Mall employee.
I had a great service experience. I originally went somewhere else. When I came to New River Auto Mall, they clearly explained my problems and came up with a great solution. Thanks!
The Service Department is awesome! Summer Garber, Roland Bobb and the Service manager with the awesome blue eyes ( sorry forgot your name) have helped me so many times with repairs and rentals. I don't know what I would have done without you guys this past year. I purchased a car in January (2017) and still love it as much as the day I bought it. Thanks to JP who helped me during the buying process and treated me more like an old friend than just a somebody. I appreciate everything you did to help me get my car. I know everyone has different experiences with service and car buying--some good -- some not so good-- I truely appreciate having a positive one for a change
I would have loved to give this car dealership a good review.. but they really disappointed me. Just to make this easy I'll list them off.
1) our car salesman did not talk during the test drive (how awkward).
2) when I asked how safe the vehicle is his response was "it's safe".
3) we wanted to buy the car because we had done research and we loved it, but our salesman was turning us off from it.
4) we were told would get a full tank of gas but only left with half.
5) getting it detailed took forever and when we asked about how much longer our salesman said he would check and never came back.
6) when we went to look for him we ran into a manager who said he'd find him
7) when he came back he confronted us about looking for him and said his manager chewed him out because of it.
.. Let me pause to say all of the things above I was willing to forgive.. but what happened after that is what's pissing me off..
8) i noticed the next day THE TAG THEY WROTE US WAS EXPIRED.
9) I called once they opened and they apologized for all of the above and promised to overnight a new tag. That was Sunday. Today is Thursday. Still no tag.
10) we called to see where our tag was and were told we'd get called back in 20 minutes. They never called me back. But about 40 minutes later they called him. Says they had to "fight for a new tag" but that it would be sent out today. But never updated us with that information.
I never like to leave a negative review. But I will always leave an honest review. And honestly, unless this is the absolute only place you can go to buy a car, search anywhere else.
On a positive note, if you do decide to go to this dealership, they did offer better financing that USAA so I'll give them that.
They don't stop calling. I filled out an online form to ask them a question about a jeep I saw for sale there. I received a call within 30 minutes and they were able to answer my question. Good. I told them I was looking around and I might visit, but I never made any appointments or specific plans. I purchased another vehicle somewhere else, but they won't stop calling me. It's been two months, and I'm still getting calls. I don't believe it's good business to continuously call potential customers until they beg you to stop. It makes me not want to ever give a dealership my information. Definitely not this one. My advice is to call them yourself and don't give them your phone number.
