Terrible customer service. Charged my debit card again saying we took towels out of room I told them he didn't even have any in there

Not the cleanest place. Fridge had a short in the cord. Had to wiggle it to get it to work. Thought that the water faucet was going to come off in my hand. Half the basic channels on the tv were blocked. Over all it was a place to crash in route to our destination.

This place is filthy. Evacuating from hurricane Irma and had no other choice for accomodations on our way to Atlanta. Room was musty, There were sticky mouse traps laying around the room that one of my kods stepped on accidentally. Sheets were dirty and the ice bucket ironocally says "Holiday Inn".
The soap in the shower had been used and put back in the package to be reused.
They advertise a continental breakfast, but its not provided. The swimming pool was even drained.
Dont waste your money on staying here.response / report this review -

Zero stars, the fridge was not cool because it was unplugged. We reserved 2 Room and both were hot with unplugged re refrigerator. It is horrible, lights were not working and the hotel phone did not work. There is no customer courtesy here

Ive had rooms here before never a problem,this stay i was charged an extra $15 for some sheets that was suppose to b white but they was beige n stained n the owner had mad attitude with me n wanted to put me out all because i asked him why he was over charging me. But hey eventually i hope they get shut down they have very poor customer sevice.

Was not the best I've slept in. Was a last minute trip. Walmart was very close by (around the corner) so went and got cleaning supplies- spraying, scrubbing and wiping. The photos posted here are very accurate. No bugs, NO POOL, no food (vendor machine), no foot traffic, no noise. I slept. If on a very tight budget it's an ok sleep. I have no other hotel in town to compare to. ALL hotels in town rank 2-3 stars. Request to see the room first. They allowed me to.
