Mallory checked us in. We had a little difficulty with the Priceline reservation. She was very professional and courteous. She did a wonderful job getting things straightened out and our stay was perfect. The room was clean and adequate. We would stay there again. Mallory however made this stay even better with her professional attitude. She made such an impression on us I was prompted to leave this review. This young lady is definitely management material. Marriott should take notice on how she handles herself with her customers. This courtyard gets a five star because of Mallory.Our stay was December 29 Courtyard by Marriott Tallahassee Apalachee Parkway. We checked in around 8:30 pm

Rented their ballroom for a graduation event, the Room was very small and not worth what I was charged. I was told the room was $350. But when I got there IN person there were hidden feessuch as $87.00 for clean up, and $150 dollars for bringing your own food. I didn’t get the extra fees online and the room turned out to be an extra $237. Bottom line it’s a rip off. Visit the place in person , before paying on line. And ask about additional fees up front.

While the rooms were well appointed and clean and the breakfast options ok, nanny things could use work. I prepaid for the room though my credit card, but how this worked was unknown and reassured me calling my credit card company to have them with with the staff before I could check in at 2am. The internet all but stopped working at 8:30pm, every single night - even if one had the internet upgrade. Wait times for breakfast prep could be very she at busy times in a way that could be anticipated especially when there are large business groups staying for the same conference.

Room was nice and taken care of. Walls are thin and a party next door made being able to sleep all night difficult. Would stay again, but would probably avoid game weekends all together.

First time staying here but so far it has been quiet and the rooms are spacious. Beds are fairly comfortable. Room appointments are very nice. The coffee bar downstairs is a great touch

Only downside is the parking which makes you walk a bit to the lobby and rooms.

Comfortable beds, clean room, the only problem we had was a kid above us was running back and forth. Till about 10p.m. We had been driving for 10 hours and we're trying to go to sleep at 8. It was a bit of a nuisance to hear that for 2 hours. Other than that is was a good stay for 1 night

The facilities are well kept, clean, and modern. The location is convenient to several restaurants within walking distance, as well as within a short drive. Despite its location directly off of a busy thoroughfare, the road noise is minimal and the environment is peaceful. Our room included a small patio to enjoy, which was a nice perk.

I'd be willing to say this hotel is somewhere between 3 and 5 stars. Front desk was great. Room was not clean. Upon entering I found a dead roach, a short hair on my sheets, and hair in a very visible spot in the shower. There is a fairly substantial gap at the bottom of my door, too--more than is normal for a hotel. Conversations at normal volume outside my door actually sound like they are happening in my room. I suppose it's the gap, or maybe it's thin walls. I've never had this experience with a Marriott before. I'm sure if I called down to the front desk they'd be helpful, but I'm too tired from driving to ask to switch rooms.
