This is a Great Hotel. The entire Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was stocked and clean - even in the middle of rush hour!

Absolutely love the shower!!! Great room, but when I first got into my room the air felt sticky and smiled at if the AC has been broken Turns out the air was in fan Want the most pleasant welcome into the room, but the air got better after a lot of time with the AC running.

Nice Hotel! Dee was very friendly and helpful. She signed me up for the rewards program and after my 1 night stay, I only need 1 more night to get a free night. Snacks and drinks were free in my room. Breakfast was delicious. Quiet hotel in close proximity to restaurants and only a 35 min drive to Tallahassee.

I visited the Best Western Plus Rose City Conference Room for a baby shower. The accommodations were awesome. There were over 100 people in attendance and the room was still very spacious. The location is great as well as the environment. This is a beautiful hotel with great staff.

So far so good. I've nly been here one night and it's pretty decent. The rooms are a good size and the king bed rooms have some reasonable floor space. The for purchase items in the lobby seem to be a good selection and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
The location isn't bad at all as there are lots of food and shopping options within 10 minutes of the hotel.
The local streets provide fairly quiet roads for a runner to get a few miles in while on the road without a lot of traffic to contend with too.

My Best Western Hotel was staff were very courteous, supplied me with needed information (all amenities offered and due to a maintenance problem in original booked room, upgraded me to another, larger room.) Parking was plentiful and easy access. Hotel location was convenient to places to eat and shop. Breakfast choices at hotel were many and delicious!

Enjoyed our stay overall. Front desk staff was wonderful and efficient.The room was nice except for the AC leaking on rug next to the bed. it would be nice if the pool was open at 6am rather than 10am for early morning swim before breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices!

The best Best Western I've seen! Sizeable rooms, clean and updated. 4 shower heads in the bath. Good free breakfast. Still not enough to bump it to the next class of hotel, but good for its tier

Newly updated Hotel as is apparent by the smell of fresh new carpet throughout. However, pretty much everything else is subpar. Air conditioning is a MUST in this part of Georgia and hallways/elevator just doesn't have it! It's actually pretty stuffy everywhere but the actual room we stayed in. Also speaking of elevators. There's literally only 1. For the entire hotel, so patience is a must as all patrons across all 4 floors are waiting on and using this single elevator. As for the room, everything was okay I guess. Furniture is older with scuffed up appearance on the surface. Iron was missing the cover to the place where the water goes in, thus water was spilling out. The ironing board was stained. The writing pad had impressions of what the previous person wrote on the pages on top of it. Just the little things like that made this stay very, very meh!

To say that this stay was underwhelming would be over statement. We've stayed here before maybe when it was new and had different experience. This time we walked in to the quaint reception area in which we are immediately greeted by children running around. We took the elevator upstairs the wallpaper was coming off the walls the baseboards we're coming off the walls and that was just the start. The room was typical although the bathroom could use some repairs. The front desk staff was very accommodating and pleasant but they have to update and maintain this property a little bit better in addition there needs to be some regulations for people staying you're having parties with children.
