Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Refrig and microwave in room but no coffee maker.

This place was by far the worst reservation I had. The pictures provided for this location were not even close to what I saw in person. It smelled or cigarettes and the furniture was overused. The man at the front desk was rude to a couple that was checking in before me and spoke badly about the under his breath as they left. The man claimed to "upgrade" my room to a double queen bed. I did not need a double.
The only nice thing about this place was me cancelling my reservation after seeing how horrible my room was and not being charged any penalty fees.

Great helpful staff. Nice super clean hotel. Rooms, floors, bathroom and beds perfect shape - Room #113. Hot quick breakfast. Price was excellent and best price in at exit #102 using hotel travel coupon book.

I requested a non smoking room and got a smoking room with the smell of cigarettes in the room. Sheets had a urine stain and I covered it up with a towel which was stained. The expectations of a roadside motel as apposed paying a higher rate for better quality.

Disappointingly very run down, also they gave me a room handicapped equipped when I had reserved a non-handicapped room. They'd given my room away because I arrived late in the evening. Room carpet was dirty, furnishings spartan (to accomodate wheelchair), and T.V. remote was not in proper working order. Won't go back, too many other nicer budget choices nearby or down the highway a bit. ☹

$83 for a room (243) that smelled like dog piss, and most thoroughly enjoyed the cockroach under the covers as soon as I lifted the blanket.

Too tired to deal with what would an expletive-laced front desk episode. Had the nerve to ask if I had breakfast the next morning, as if I couldn't imagine where the roaches come from.

The smoking rooms are randomly placed amongst the non-smoking rooms Our room smelled like cigarettes, even though we were in a non-smoking room. I woke up in the middle of the night because I smelled cigarette smoke. Sometimes the hallway smelled strongly of marijuana. Our coworkers traveling with us said they saw cockroaches in their bathroom. They did have an inexpensive washer and dryer and a decent breakfast; but it wasn't worth it.

I didn't know what a microtel was and the pictures on the website make this place look nice. They need to take those pictures down. The inside of this place looked horrible. The lobby was nice and the outside looked nice. The place looked horrible once we got upstairs the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, and the room smelled old, stale, and moldy. We ate our food in the car because we didn't want to eat in the room. Everything in that place needs to be updated. On the plus side the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. I do not recommend this place and I will not stay here again.

We didn't realize that there are rooms for smoking. A staff member called us on the way there and asked if we wanted smoking or non smoking. We were totally turned off but asked for non smoking. You can smell cigarette smoke in the whole hotel. Even the bath towels smell like it. We won't be staying here again.

This was reasonably priced accommodation in and around Savannah. There is a gas station and fast food places nearby. The room was very nice and the bed was comfy. It was clean and the breakfast was very nice.

I had friends coming into town and they had a room booked for st.pattys day , they called and asked me to meet them in the hotel lounge for drinks when they arrived. After arriving we discovered that the hotel didn't have as lounge or a restaurant just a breakfast area with a snack bar. The rooms were basic , approximately 10 × 16ft with somewhat comfy queen size beds with the option to request a crib or pull out for younger children. A Flat screen televisions hung upon the wall equipped with Xfinity Cable and they offer free Xfinity Wi-Fi as well. The bathroom was handicap friendly with handbars as well as a seat in the tub. They have an outdoor pool open during the summer months. The person at the desk was quite friendly as I asked to be announced ( which it turns out you can use the phone in the lobby to call their room yourself.) During the week of St. Patrick's Day you practically have to reserve rooms a year in advance for at least 75 miles in any direction . Although we were unable to eat and have a drink at the hotel there are several dozen eating establishments within a 5 minute drive and at least a dozen fast food restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Depending on your likes and dislikes Spankys ,for the sports bar type, Nagano ,for the Oriental taste buds, waffle House for those after the party goers, Western sizzler ,the good ol' American steak house . All within walking distance. Or go north 2 miles and check out everything the factory outlet , shopping centers, movie theaters, museums, skate city, bowling, Lazer tag ,water parks.. We had stayed in a different hotel the night before that was reviewed pretty well, but was disgusting. This hotel was reviewed pretty poorly, so we were pretty nervous. The lady at the front desk was a little off her rocker, and took about 30-45 minutes to get us checked in, but once that was over with, the rest of our stay was very pleasant. The rooms were cozy and homey. Ours specifically had a couch, a small kitchen area, a table and chairs, a bed, a desk and a window seat. The beds were comfy and very clean. The water pressure in the shower was perfect. It is very close to town. The only negatives I can think of were there isnt an elevator, so either pack light or request a first floor room, and the continental breakfast was a little weak. But there are restaurants surrounding the area, so it wasn't a total let down. Great price for a great hotel. I would recommend it to anyone!
