Good quality room, high quality Linens. Parking is okay but you have to pay for it. Great location amazing price for location!

Great stay! centrally located in Historic district. Just a short walk to the riverfront. Great if you have your four legged friend with you! We had ours.

Decent location.(Just decent)at the END of the strip.. Price a little high for what we received.. Well upon entering The bed was not made up neatly 1. The toilet did not work the entire time we were there. 2. Sent the security officer to fix itnever did the job.3 The hot water, never really got hot!!!! 4. On top of the ridiculous rate, we had to pay an additional $19 for parking.

Rooms are great they are going through some renovations so bare with them. The rooms have huge space but the bathroom is somewhat smaller. I however prefer a bigger room for the space and a smaller bathroom if I had to choose. All rooms have a microwave and fridge I will definitely be back.

we stayed here for 2 nights. staff was EXTREMELY rude- we asked for a $20 refund of a roll-out bed, and had to wait 30+ mins for the staff member to bring it to us. AND, the room was horrible at best. the vent in the bathroom was falling, the rug was dirty, and the room was very cramped. sofa was stained and nasty, so we decided not to use it; however, one of us sat on the sofa for a while and in the morning he had several of what we think were bed bug bites! however, it was still in a great location with a small (but decent) breakfast.

I have stayed in places that were a lot cleaner and better than this one. But what aggravated me the most was they charged my card 10 months after the visit as well as the price being 2 times the amount of the first stay here. I was not notified that they would be charging my account before or after it was done. I will not be staying here or at another Quality Inn unless I hear from them with at least a partial refund and apology. I have spoke to the customer service center for this chain we will see if we hear from them. I would not even give it one star but you can not post unless you give them something.

Just to let you know I did talk to my bank a second time. They explained how this works which is what I originally thought. I do have some knowledge of this type of thing. Apparently you do not have very much knowledge of this. Your office that handles this we are guessing had either did not push through the settlement in time or not at all and somehow they discovered it 10 months later and pushed it through. You need to learn to tell the truth and quit blaming everyone else on your mistakes.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Great rates, perfect location, super nice staff, room 105 was clean and stocked with necessities.

Me personally, I hate carpets in a hotel room, they are filthy and smelly. My personal recommendation is to pull them out and swap them with ceramic tile or hardwood flooring. The quality inn was a pleasant stay. I will definitely come back!!

The hotel is old, so we didn't expect that it would be like a Comfort Suite, however there is no reason that the carpet, and room chairs had to be dirty, stained, and smelly (and the chairs were ripped with the stuffing coming out of them)! The bed was clean, as was the bathroom, and an update had been made to the sink and vanity. However, that didn't make up for the carpet, chairs, and room odor! The afternoon staff was very helpful and pleasant when we checked in, however the next morning/breakfast staff was not. They were not personable, and when I spoke to any of them I barely got any acknowledgment that I was speaking at all -no eye contact, and hardly a response to my questions or my attempt at conversation. We will not be coming back to this hotel next year, and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location, River Street access is only a 2-3 min walk, security guard on watch all night in parking lot and was extremely helpful in suggesting things we could do before heading out the next day. Pet friendly hotel so there are no rooms off limits to animals. If you have allergies be aware of this, although the room smelled cleaned and not of past animals being there. Big plus since my boyfriend has dog allergies. A little on the expensive side but the location in Historic Savannah and to River Street was worth it. Parking is $19 extra and a little cramped so be aware if you're in a full size or larger than usual truck. Overall we liked the place and would stay again.

Great location just nearby to the river street. Comfortable rooms and beds. We were checked in by the manager she was sweet and courteuos. You can walk the whole downtown staying here. Tybee Island is just 20 miles away from here. You can even plan to visit and come by the night to stay here as tybee Island doesn't have much good hotels other than rentable cottages near the beach. breakfast was good and fresh the muffins were very tasty :) The only thing that concerned me was why do we have to give an additional parking fee of $20? secondly the carpet in the rooms was worn out needs some renovation and the shower needs some maintenance help . other than these small things all worked fine.

Still in awe..called ahead to check availability. Upon arrival I was greeted by a creepy security guard named Tom Saterfield. He walks up and tells me I can't park in a certain parking area. (Which is where my room was) Stares my wife and i up and down the whole time upon check-in. We go to our room, change and proceed to google a restaurant in the area..out of nowhere this creep comes up and shines a real bright light in our eyes and screams "why are you peeing in the parking lot? I couldn't believe this man's accusations. He watched us park, pay, go to our room, exit the room and start a great night to celebrate our 27th anniversary. After his ridiculous actions we got our money back and left. I can't even start to explain how furious I was with how this bully security guard acted for absolutely no reason, scaring my wife. He tried to blame his actions on the local homeless community. Front desk was very nice. Security needs a reality check. This man is dangerous and should not carry a firearm. We were so upset we left Savannah and went to Tybee Island. Security guard thought it was funny and laughed as we were departing. Still in awe.

We have stayed here several times over the last 3 years. Although the exterior looks dated they continue to upgrade the rooms. Comfortable mattresses and pillows, a nice free breakfast etc. For Savannah it is an excellent location at a decent price. We'll be back next year!

Great location and great price. I highly recommend. It's not as nice as some other hotels in the area, but in Savannah, you don't spend a lot of time at the hotel.
