I have stayed at many Garden Inns over the years for work and must say this one required me to leave a compliment (which I have never done before). The service was great at the bar and restaurant. The manager April was very friendly and gave us 2 great recommendations for dinner in the city. They have a shuttle to drive you to and from the city at no cost. As a comparison I recently stayed at San Fran airport garden inn 2 weeks ago and Milwaukees was on another level at a 3rd of the cost. I would recommend everyone to stay here if they are looking for a close to the airport nice hotel.

Excellent establishment. Went there for a seminar. Very nice place. Bathrooms well kept and nice lounge area. The banquet rooms were a bit cold but they were very accommodating. I'd love to come back and visit again.

The hotel is very nice and luxurious. We attended a wedding reception there and their service was excellent! The food they provided was delicious and the drinks were strong. My main qualm was the drink price. I don't think the drinks are worth $10 a piece

Really nice property! The staff makes it even better with their friendly and prompt service. It doesn't hurt that the facility is about 1 mile from the airport, a straight shot down the road. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was immaculate with modern upgrades.

The hotel looks really nice and sophisticated, it's well designed giving the room a very warm, comfortable feel. The only thing that is weird about the hotel is how the breakfast is served. It's non-complimentary so you have to pay for this awkward half buffet half service. Its not very good service and the whole thing is just sort of confusing.

Had a business morning social event. This hotel was host and put on a wonderful event. Nice courteous staff, and the breakfast food was amazing. Everything was fresh and wonderful. Would definitely host more events in the future.

I stayed here over the Labor Day weekend during the Harley Owner's Group national rally. The hotel rolled out the red carpet for us bikers. They coned off a large chunk of the parking lot for motorcycles and also left a nice supply of quality cleaning products and a hose for us to wash our rides. I thought it was a very nice gesture. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very nice, bed comfortable. My husband and I were very pleased and will stay here again in the future.

My room was very nice. King suite, that was very comfortable. I liked the separation from living room to bedroom and the workspace at the desk. Went to restaurant, and the food was beyond expectations!!! Very good. After dinner went to the bar for nightcap and to watch game and was very happy there as well. I always look for the "all in" place when I travel. When I go back to Milwaukee, this will be my go-to place!!!

The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and polite. They prepared a great to go breakfast for us (bagel, cream cheese, yogurt, water, fruit and granola bar) since our shuttle was earlier than hot breakfast was served. The shower was a bit small to have the towels kept inside it.

I booked two rooms through Expedia and when I arrived at the hotel the front desk staff told me I only had one. Luckily after making many phone calls there was a cancellation and we were able to stay there after all. One staff in particular, I believe his name was Jonathon, was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond what was required. His kindness was greatly appreciated. The only reason that I didn't give this review five stars is because my youngest son forgot his wallet in the room. When we realized he had left it behind we called the hotel and they said we had left my husband's hat but they did not find my son's wallet. Why would housekeeping be honest about a finding a wallet with 65 dollars in it? Because that would be the decent and honest thing to do. That was the only thing I was disappointed with.

Nice hotel, nice accommodations, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet with hot entrees custom prepared by kitchen staff. Conveniently close to airport, but did not hear any airplane noise during our stay.
