Comfortable rooms, kitchenette, pet friendly. Bugs, spiders, beetles, etc. do get into the rooms from outside & loose screens. You can hear the people & their tvs on either side of your room. The wifi is "hit or miss." There is no heater in the bathrooms. Very difficult to open & close windows.
Could improve by having a dedicated business center, providing free morning newspapers/wall street journals, breakfast proteins instead of sugary junk and a fitness center.response / report this review -

This place is the worst! Apparently there are residents that live there, and pretty much run the place. They were smoking just outside of the main doors and the inside smelled like smoke and weed. We had to ask for a hair dryer and a shower curtain for our room. People we're knocking on our door all night. The beds we're not comfortable and there was a giant stain on the mattress cover. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra few dollars and stay anywhere else.

Price was cheap. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a luggage cart. Elevator worked. Location is awesome. Near a lot of food options and very close to six flags. Room was ok. Ac blew very cold. LCD TV and kitchen. Cons the dresser needed to be wiped down. There was a sock left behind. Had to ask for additional towels for the 2nd day of our stay. Internet was slow but for an additional fee, you could get faster speeds.

Don't stay here. Weird looking bugs in the room. Old looking inside. Smells like smoke. Lost over $100 last October by booking here. Left before the end of the night due to how nasty it was. Decided to go to Holiday Inn, which was much better and same price.

Good location. Close to Gurnee Mills and Six Flags. Good shopping area. The small lady that works the front desk overnight is so adorable and sweet. Very helpful worker. I will definitely use this hotel again

Stayed overnight to go to Great America. Very convenient location. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free grab and go breakfast was available. Good value for the money. Would stay again.

Rooms were clean and organized. A little small but for the price theyre perfect. The room had a stove and a full fridge, which I really liked.

Although there is no housekeeping or pool, the price was right. Breakfast was pretty minimal: muffins, granola bars, coffee and oatmeal. What I liked: HDMI input on the TV, full size fridge and freezer, microwave. It was more like a short-term apartment then a hotel stay.
