Oh my gosh!
I love this Hotel and it was ran so we'll by all staff.
Breakfast has such a variety.
Rooms very,very clean. Beds you melt into like a cloud. Rooms where well insulted to not hear the other rooms or people walking in hallway.

Overall everything you expect from Hampton and good front desk service. It is an older one so the room is showing its age on the walls and climate unit. Good wifi. Top floor rooms in the fall appear to have ladybug issues so pick a lower floor in the late fall.

After a long day out and about, the room was more than welcoming. Everything was nicely made up, and super comfy. There were no room service but there were two places to order out from. Although both were pizza, the one we ordered from was amazing. They came right to our door after we ordered for delivery. The hotels complementary breakfast was good as well. Fresh fruit, fluffy scrambled eggs and you can make your own fresh waffles.

Clean rooms. Easy access off turnpike. Larger rooms than most we've stayed at before. Accommodated our large family quite well.

Great location, very laid back and relaxing environment. Love the small pond and fountain out back. The staff are very helpful and friendly as well. They must have fixed the hot water issue, because it's nice as well. Great location of the highway, and right across from the PA Renaissance Faire. Only in town for one night, wish I could stay longer. Will definitely make it a future stop.

Easy check in. Spacious meeting rooms. Pleasant breakfast. Nothing was spectacular, but nothing would keep me from staying here again.

Employees outstanding, breakfast good and pillows great. We stayed 2 years ago and just recently this past Friday. The towels were gray, thin and rough and seemed old. Experienced this with both visits.

Always stay at this hotel when I come back home to Lebanon it is hands-down the only place that I would never consider even staying the management and front desk staff are always polite and professional rooms are clean and very spacious and the breakfast bar is with lots of choices also

I booked 3 rooms for my family and they put us in rooms on different floors. They said because we booked through expedia they can't put us in rooms close to each other. They claimed the rooms are all booked and everyone, as in everyone checked in already before us, if that's even possible. Since it's non-refundable we have no choice but to take it. This front desk lady named Jessica even raised her voice on us. So we settled in our rooms but it's just upsetting to actually see hordes of people checking in late at night. So it means they have rooms but they just won't give in to our request. Now when we ask for extra blankets and pillows they said they can't provide us because it's not included in the fee we paid. The staff said just to end the conversation that she'll think of a way to help us. We waited but no response. All we need is an extra pillow and blanket. When we went downstairs to the front desk, 3 staff members are there laughing and chatting with each other. IT JUST SHOWS THAT THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOUR NEEDS. The hotel's location is very nice though. We don't have any complaints with the room since they're spacious. But there's this funky smell coming from the toilet and the bathtub. We didn't bother complaining about it since we know the staff won't help us anyway. This is the worst hotel we've been to but we won't let them ruin our family vacation. We just won't be staying with them again.

This Hampton Inn is very well situated for access to local attractions. There is a complimentary breakfast bar that has a fair variety of food choices. The pool is a good size and family friendly.

I have spent quite a few nights here and every one was very pleasant. It's always clean and the staff is always available, friendly and helpful. Especially Kaitlyn on 3rd shift. She always has fresh coffee on at night which is great since I am a night owl. I will be staying there a few days with my girlfriend at the end of the month and am looking forward to our trip.
