I can't comment on much as I just stopped overnight to sleep. The room was fine and the fitness center was adequate. I would stay here again.

We had a really strange room. It was connected to a conference room. The conference room wasn't the problem. The problem was that thr bedroom was really small. We could barely walk around the bed. But the place was very clean and it had an awesome breakfast. The staff was also very nice. I think it was just that room.

The hotel is clean but it's due for some updates. It isn't up to the same standard of other Hampton Inn's, or comparable Hilton hotels, that I've stayed at recently. However, they provide a nice breakfast each morning and vary the offering of cooked items each day.

The room was nice and very clean. We got the type of room we requested and on the first floor like we asked. It was well appointed with a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was free, plentiful and delicious. Would love to stay there again.

I have truly enjoyed my stay, it really feels like home. The staff is excellent very helpful and friendly. Our first night we discovered we didn't have a flat sheet on our bed, the front desk person immediately brought us new sheets, apologized profusely and offered to make the bed for us, then to top it off gave us an iTunes card. This morning when coming back to our room the staff made our beds and arranged the kids stuffed animals for them so it felt like home. Also they saw I used the makeup removing wipes and made sure I had more in the bathroom. Very very thoughtful hotel staff.

Great hotel. Beautiful Clean rooms. Free cookies. Great Breakfast. Best hotel we have ever stayed at. Great dog policy. Wonderful people working at the desk and handling the rooms!

Amazing hotel! The staff are beyond kind and willing to help. We've been hotel hopping due to mold in our home, and the ladies at the Harrisburg west location went out of their way to ensure we had the ability to stay put instead of continuing to bounce around. Everyone has also been very considerate and nice to my children, which is a huge deal to me.

Fantastic customer service. I had a miserable event planned for the weekend and the front wait staff made my weekend tolerable. The 2 ladies that worked the from desk from about 6pm to 12pm were sweet, carasmatic and helpful beyond belief. They went out of their way to make sure our weekend wasn't a miserable mess. If I have to stay overnight in the harrisburg Are again it will be here hands down. Clean rooms, wonderful staff, great breakfast and a cute dive bar (Moe's) down the street. Best hotel o have been at in years!!!!!! Thanks Jodee and Amy!!!! You guys rock!

Very convenient turnpike access. Comfortable room and friendly staff. I like the bright and comfortable lobby, in particular. No complaints here!
