Nice rooms and staff, great lobby. No continental breakfast but food is reasonablehave indoor and outdoor fireplace and good reasonable drinks. They honor government rate and are very close to camp atterberry.

Absolutely loved it!!!! The staff was friendly, helpful and professional! Hotel was at the top of their game with housekeeping and service. The walking distance access to the outlets was great. Worth every penny and will plan to stay again whenever we are in the area.

Spent two weeks here during November this year. The check-in process is swift. The staff are very friendly and very efficient. I have never had to wait to be served at reception. The rooms are very spacious but are a bit dull because of the decor. You have to keeps the lights on during the day if you are in the room. The gym is small but is well equipped. There is a good sized pool, but I have not used this. There is a restaurant and bar area which has a good atmosphere. I sit at the bar and have dinner most nights. The highlight for me is the food. I honestly think this is the best place in the Columbus area to eat dinner. There is a good choice on the standard menu at reasonable prices. Every night there are two 'specials' which are always fantastic. I have even had a Swordfish dish on a couple of occasions. I like coming back from a long day at work and having the convenience of having a good choice of food in the same building.

Location is convenient. Close to I65, restaurants, and an outlet mall. The room was spacious, nice, and clean. There is more noise from outside of the room, than is normally expected. The walls rattled with door closings. The service and food were good. Overall, it's a comfortable place to stay.

We had stayed over last weekend and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and customer service was excellent. Ray (the general evening manager) was very attentive to the needs of his guests and really went out of the way to please you. He deserves to be recognized as an outstanding associate. We will definitely be staying here next year.

Attractive Hotel. Very clean and well-appointed. Great breakfast buffet and Facilities. The only downside to the stay, was there was not a very good mattress.

Hotel was a fantastic decision! Large rooms, jets in the tub, and the separate living room and kitchenettes were excellent. The only complaint was the hotel restaurant where I had dinner; the sriracha salmon with seasoned rice, literally tasted like a microwaved dish, with sriracha squirted on top.

Very nice on off highway location and this facility has a bar which makes it nice for the traveling saleman that likes a cocktail after dinner without driving. Overall appearance of the hotel and facilities were very neat and clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful

This hotel is incredibly nasty! We stayed here 1 night. On the surface, the hotel looks very nice and clean, but boy was I wrong!

During my stay, I had misplaced my cell phone. Of course I start to look thoroughly in the room. My wife and I moved the mattress to look under the bed. When the mattress was moved, we found a crack pipe under the bed! We were shocked! When the sheets were off, we also noticed how nasty the mattress was. I couldn't believe that we just slept on such a nasty bed. Then there were cob webs in the corners of the room, and the exhaust vent in the bathroom had clearly never been cleaned.

I informed the front desk what we saw in our room when we checked out, and I was informed to contact the general manager by email. I sent Mr. Daniel Arnold an email 5 days ago asking that he resolve this situation, but he won't return my emails.
