Great mid-priced hotel. Delicious breakfast buffet. Nice rooms with refrigerators. The wireless connection is good. There is a pool and a decent fitness center. Within walking distance of the hotel is a nice outdoor upscale shopping center with restaurants, a movie theater, shops and a drugstore and grocery store.

Generally nice hotel in a pretty area. I stayed in three different rooms during a three week business trip and found the three rooms to be in differing conditions of cleanliness/wear. I would not return or recommend this hotel as a result of a terrible experience I had with the hotel changing my per night room rate without notifying me. I didn’t discover the issue until I checked out, and even with my formal reservation confirmation stating my original rate, it was extremely difficult to work with the hotel management to correct the charge.

I was there for a corporate retreat with my company. The food was good. The rooms were clean. The audio/video system worked fine. The staff was nice. All things considered, it was a great time!

Stayed here many nights over the past ten years. Staff offered no hospitality to a returning guest. Management refused to acknowledge poor service. Property starting to show wear and lack of maintenance.
Not much reason to continue to patronize this business. I'll be looking to spend my dollars elsewhere.response / report this review -

A bit pricey, but the bonus Hilton Honors points more than made up for that. Location is perfect - right off the 101 freeway. Helpful, courteous staff who let me extend my stay for a few hours. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very nice clean and staff with professional. The rooms were clean and well put-together. The complimentary internet was fast and the gym had good equipment in it. The breakfast that they serve in the morning was very good five star breakfast. You can get omelets made-to-order with almost any ingredients can think of.

Nice place. Recommend out cept but pricey. Front desk answered all questions. Answered phone fast. We booked at 11pm. Got there at midnight. Super quick and easy reservation.
If u looking for a quick place to grab and sleep it's nice. With breakfast or dinner within a block or two.response / report this review -

Best hotel I have stayed at. Beautiful, immaculate. Staff extremely kind and helpful. Wonderful experience every time i go. And, beautiful rooms, great coffee and food.

The rooms are comfortable and the service is good. The toilet flushes a little slow, but that might be because of the state water conservation laws. Additionally the can feel a little stuffy without running the air conditioner, but that's pretty standard fare for a hotel like this. The location is incredibly convenient within walking distance to a mall with lots of good shops and great places to eat!
