Easy check-in and check-out, helpful staff and they had a great workout room. The only challenge I had was that many restaurants were just outside walking distance for the weather. They did have a shuttle which was very convenient and appreciated. I will be staying here again when I visit for work.

The hotel building is older but the room bathrooms are updated. The staff is great. Breakfast was good. The location very convenient. You can walk to train to Boston or to local restaurant. Not the most scenic walk though.

A bit dated, but great service Hilton brand hotel. Got multiple texts from front desk confirming room was ok. Free Starbucks coffee for gold members. Great place to stay with easy ride into Boston.

Attended a training there. The facilities were beautiful and when I asked staff where the training was, they were very friendly and helpful. It was easy to find, easy to park. The only negative comments I have are that it wasn't very clearly marked where to find my training (this may have been the fault of the company putting on the training) and the bathrooms were not fully stocked. They were, however, beautiful and very clean. There seemed to be staff around if you had a question. The place was overall clean, easy access, and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to hold an event.

Big hotel that is hard to get into. Parking is far away from the door and the place looks very dated. Staff is OK.
Update 9/24/17:
Big fancy hotel that is much more worried about making their numbers look good than making things comfortable for their guests. I ordered delivery and when it arrived I was informed that the delivery guy was not allowed to come up to my room. I had to walk down and meet him in the lobby and then carry my food back upstairs. Shouldn't be a big deal but when I asked why, I was told it was for my security (I HATE when greedy companies try to use me as their reason for putting me out) they said that they don't want people walking around the hotel because if one of those people rob me, I will probably sue the hotel. I laughed and pointed out that I walked by them twice and no one asked me who I was or why I was here so why are they worried about the pizza guy? All three people behind the counter Shrugged their shoulders and said they don't know and they don't make the policy. True enough. The only answer that makes sense is they want to make it hard for you to get food delivered to your room so that you can pay ridiculous prices for low-quality food from their room service or the hotel in the restaurant. I have little use for hotels that put their profitability over my needs. I won't be staying here again.

Had a great stay here. Clean and comfy rooms. Friendly staff and very accommodating. My only complaint would be that there was some minor construction going on outside our room that we weren't made aware of. Overall a great stay.

Very nice hotel. Big and up to date. Busy bar.
Within quick travel distance to Boston. Rooms are great. They have a restaurant and a shop where you can pick up light snacks.

Loved our room. Nice and cool, solid air conditioning. Shower setup was nice and I loved the extended style windows in the room and in the lobby. Reception hall was nice, went for a wedding! Would stay again. Kind of in the middle of nowhere though

I liked that the hotel had a pool, basketball hoop, and gym. The service was good, and the free wifi was necessary. The room we bought for four people only had one bed, and then a futon, but I would have preferred to have two full beds. I also wish there had been a microwave we could've used to heat up our leftovers.

The room was very spacious and up to date. Amenities are above and beyond. Pool, full work out area, bar/restaurant/breakfast/Starbucks on premises.

Attended the Hilton for a work meeting. It was set up well (classroom-style) with a good selection of breakfast pastry and tea / coffee. The room was spacious and clean.

I love the little window alcoves in each room. My room over looks a nice garden and fountain area that's cool too. The fridge is way too small and there is no microwave. :-/

Great hotel. Great personnel. Stayed in an older roomI do understand that the hotel is being upgraded. Still clean, very nice. I checked in a day early for a weekend event,y room price was matched to the group rate, after I asked. When I ordered a sandwich from the small refreshment/Starbucks, the chef that brought it out gave it to me on the house as I had waited a few minutes for service.Everyone is nice, and so far, not any problems or issues.
