Only ate at the restaurant, Houlihans, but never have any problems or concerns. Good food, good service, and hidden away from the crowds so there is usually a table. The only recommendation is to install baby changing stations, somewhere. Could not locate in the restaurant, nor in the lobby restrooms. That has led to some awkward diaper changes.

Location was right off the highway, and while the turn in was about little tricky to find, it was otherwise super convenient. Check in took literally two minutes - they pulled up our info, swiped our card, and went were on our way to our room. Three elevators, so there was never much wait time to get to or from our floor. Room was well maintained, comfortable pillows (with four pillows per bed), and ample toiletries in the bathroom. Check out was also and cinch. Great experience!

Used the meeting space as opposed to hotel rooms. The director of sales was very accommodating, and easy to work with. The setup and food for my meeting were great. Will definitely use this venue again for meetings.

Joined a conference at this location. The staff behind the counter kept their heads down the entire time as to avoid the customers. If you ask them a question they respond with the ( what do YOU want ) look. I'm just happy it was work and not leisure. The parking is difficult as they're many group meetings happening all at once. It's not a hotel I would actually stay in with my family.

I can't complain about the hotel. It was very comfortable! Great place to get a quiet nights sleep. The only thing I have to say is there are not a lot of businesses close by that offer food. There are some but if you aren't in the mood for bar food, not many options. It does have a Hoolihans at the Hotel which is great for eating.

The quality of the hotel was amazing and the customer service was just as great. The room was excellent with wonderful room service. My only dislike was the cost of the breakfast but the quality was up to par. The restaurant directly in the hotel was amazing with excellent food. the room was cleaned for each day we stayed and I have no complaints.

I can't give this hotel enough stars. Check it/out was smooth and breakfast was amazing. There was a small buffet if hot choices that included eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, and bacon. There was also a fresh fruit bar with yogurt. There is also a menu to order from if you wanted to order omelets. There are too many great great choices to list. The pool was heated and had a lifeguard on duty. The hotel is in a great location. There is a mall across the street and there is also a complementary shuttle that runs to the metro. The beds were amazing and it was nice to have a fridge in the room. I don't drink coffee, but there was a machine in the room. I just stayed one night and I am planning on going back soon.

The staff was friendly, the pool was nice and there was a life guard (guess that is state law), room was clean, but if you have a sensitivity to perfume smells you might request that house keeping doesn't spray the room before you check in. Our room had a strong smell upon check in, it did go away by the next day but I felt sick for about a hour. Breakfast was good in the restaurant attached to the hotel. There are a number of food places to eat near by. All in all a pleasant stay. We stayed for 3 nights.

Room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. 4 stars because the air conditioner (when turned on) was very loud. Location is easy to get to off the highway.

Ok, first we booked with 'Bed and Breakfast' service but it wasn't in their system. Their staff were short with me when I complained that our room didn't have a room service menu, and ignored my complaint that our toilet kept running. However, they have more than made up for it by providing breakfast vouchers, giving me a replacement keycard when I locked myself out of my room at 3am, and providing exceptionally prompt pickup from and drop off to the metro! The room is fantastic, bed comfortable, and very quiet. Lots of kids at the indoor pool though. Love the in-room safe!

I had dinner and drinks at the bar, and everything was great. The staff was friendly and the quality of food and drinks was outstanding. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

We're staying at a hotel across the street from the Hilton during our visit to DC area, so we walked over after long day of traveling. Delicious food and refreshing cocktails! My husband and I were both able to satisfy our dietary needs ( me low fat, him high fat!). Even though it was quite busy, our drinks were kept filled and food arrived quickly. We loved it so much we're headed back there tonight!
