The staff here are amazing when it comes to customer service. My family booked a few people here and all of us were quiet happy with the service we got. The location is central for shopping and dining. Loved the on-site dining options.

Connected to the Tyson's galleria, so shopping and other dining venues a short walk away. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Very attentive and responsive staff. They even made sure to have the foam pillows I requested in place on top of the mound of regular pillows on the bed. My room is delightfully quiet, including the air handling system. In the bar, my waiter was terrific, as were the small plate of carrot curry and the local, very hoppy IPA. I have only two complaints: one, there are not enough electrical plugs near the desk. And two, the stupid micro refrigerator sits alone in an odd place on the floor, and it is seriously beaten up, dented with a number of scrapes on it.

Enjoyed a local getaway at the Ritz Tysons Corner! Awesome property in a prime location. Courteous and professional staff throughout! A key perk was after hours access to the Galleria and connecting restaurants. When you need to get away, keep them in mind.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Amenities were great and there were two malls and various restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if I could get the conference rate, which was a third of the normal rate.

PROS AND CONS OF THIS PROPERTY:
PROS: Good front desk team and room was great
CONS: Certainly bad customer service at the restaurant, especially when we were seated. The guy who seated us (his name i think was :emit?! i guess) was very unpleasant and we were not sure why. We made a reservation and when we came, he looked unhappy to see us and we don't know if it was because we are a large group or anything else. In addition, we noticed that he kept mixing customers names and even server seemed very frustrated from that.
Overall his professionalism was not as much as we anticipated, especially for Ritz Carlton's standard. But again, the front desk staff was efficient and helpful for our stay.response / report this review -

Great hotel. The size of the room is good, not too big. The bed is unbelievably comfy. The lobby area is a bit confusing at first, and I don't love where they elected to put the fitness center.

Incredibly comfy rooms, unnervingly efficient staff, super friendly bellhops. Far from the cheapest place in town, but when you get you what you pay for here, it is worth the price.
