Beautiful hotel. Great experience Everytime I stay. Rooms extremely clean the house keeping staff ALWAYS helpful. Check in great as well. Close to everything.

It was clean. Staff was friendly. No one offered to help with luggage up to the room. There is no fan in the shower room, so it's really humid when you get out of the shower making it hard to get dry. No rack for additional towels. The maids left them on the back of the toilet. The heat/air conditioning was awful. It was either really hot or freezing cold in the room and the unit was old and loud. No complementary anything! The Bistro is very expensive. I will not book any rooms here again.

I really liked the hotel. It's very nice, clean and the staff was very friendly. I would have given 5 stars, however, there were a few things I didn't care for. 1.) I knew there would be a deposit hold on my card for incidentals not because they told me but because I read the fine print. Luckily it wasn't $100/night like the fine print said but, it was supposed to be $40. It actually came to $45.36 which rounded my total to $310. If you don't check your bank account all the time like I do you wouldn't know because it's not on the receipt! And I'm curious if they'll return that full amount or just the $40. It's bothering me and I feel like it's a sneaky way to skim extra money. We shall see. 2.) I would rather, next time, pay more to get a continental breakfast. The "snack" bar was extremely expensive. My daughter got a breakfast bar, small coffee, snack bag of cheezits, and a candy bar - $13.30. I had to buy my small, black coffee because the coffee pot in the room made horrible coffee! 4.) When we checked in, the concierge was asleep with his shoes off (his feet were in them but they weren't on) and he was a little annoyed. Granted, it was 3:30am, but still. Awkward! Otherwise, if you're not on a budget, the place is very nice, clean, comfortable, and the cleaning staff were extremely nice!

Good hotel, kept up to date. Has a small lobby bar for a quick drink. Would stay here again.

Beat service in the bar and bistro ever. This Courtyard receives heavy government traffic as well as school bus tours to our nation's capitol. Every individual is treated professionally and with a high level of service. I frequented this hotel 12 times a year for 5 years.Alex the bartender is simply the best of the Courtyard world.

I only stayed here for one night. My room clean and up-to-date. I suppose the TV was a bit small if I have to find something to complain about. However the staffer incredible. Very kind and helpful and I would definitely stay here again

Great clean rooms with plenty of space. My only complaint is that they don't have free breakfast which is kind of an annoyance because most other places offer it. It's not enough to take off a start but the inclusion would have been nice.

The rooms and hotel are well kept. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The bistro/bar is small but nice with a good selection. Location and price are excellent.

Awful - we didn't get into our rooms until 3:30 - 4:20 and 5:40 - for some reason none of them were ready when we got there - the pool was cold, not just chilly, it was cold so it wasn't heated for some reason. Towels are garbage- not the nice fluffy one like you are supposed to get, there was a funky , moldy smell up on the 4th floor - my hallway 3rd smelled like cigarette smoke - but it supposed to be smoke free - our keys wouldn't work to get us into the back door of the hotel- I just found charges on my credit card that aren't supposed to on there for a lot of money - waiting on a call back, no liners in the garbage cans either day, our one room never got their soaps or shampoos and the ac wasn't working, the bathroom door wouldn't shut in the other room - there was a hole in my screen - it was just and awful experience all the way around, I try to be a positive person - but we will NEVER stay at this location again -

Booked 2 rooms, one never had hot water so I had to walk to the other room, on the opposite side of the hotel. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up but no one ever showed. Then they shut water off completely for 2 hours. I still didn't have hot water after. Rooms and beds were decent.
