Stayed for a week, it was clean, staff was really friendly and helpful. We always had our do not disturb sign up and were never bothered but there was usually cleaning staff in the halls we could get extra supplies from when we needed them. The breakfast was as expected being a continental, surprisingly really good coffee too. My only odd detail was the one time we used the pool was around 1030-11ish in the morning and they were cleaning around it, I just found it odd as it didn't open until 10am anyway, so why wasn't this cleaning done prior? They didn't stop us from swimming though, so not really a complaint so much as an observation. I'd say the location isn't all that great but after driving around Pittsburgh it's all chaos so I don't know if there would be a winning location. Overall it was a great stay for the money and I'd definitely stay again.

I spent the weekend here and found it pleasant the staff were helpful, although when I called to check what the room had I was told that they had a tub in the room, turned out that was a lie. But they we're polite and as accommodating as they could be. I would stay again.

Dirty. Tea and coffee wasn’t changed for a long time. Went to make tea and the bag had moisture issues and stuck to the cup it was in when I went to open in. Blankets were dirty and roof showed signs of mold and water damage. Locks in the doors were also growing fuzzy black mold.

Only good thing was price and staff. Other than that, you do get what you pay for.

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had and probably will ever have for the rest of my life. The only thing it has going for it is it is in a great location. However, there are 100 other hotels in that area and you are better off choosing one of them. The entire trip was a disaster. First off, the staff is unimaginably rude, difficult to work with, and lies. I reserved a hotel mid October 2017 for my boyfriends birthday. I requested a free early check in due to the nature of our stay. It was denied and the fee could not be removed because apparently no on in the building was "allowed" to do so before 1pm. So, I let it go and was going to pay the fee. Check in was a nightmare. I had a huge problem checking in because I am 20. I was told by front desk clerk, Asha, that it was the law in Pennsylvania to be 21 and she had a letter from a police officer stating that. First off, that is untrue. She was unable to provide a letter from police because there was no letter because it is not against the law. I found out later from the general manager of the facility that the age restriction was put into place in the hotel policy because they are trying to prevent sex trafficking. After initial difficultly I checked my bank account to see that they over drafted me by making strange charges that they were never able to justify to me. The entire trip I did not have any money because the hotel over drafted my bank account. I was unable to do anything nice for my boyfriends birthday because they screwed up at check in and they took their good time fixing it. I was checked out for days until it was fixed. I put a do not disturb sign on our door because of how the front desk clerk lied and I just had an unsettling feeling about the staff, I did not want any of the workers in our room with out us there. I was honestly trying to make the best of the worst. So, I called down for towels because with that sign on the door made it so the house keeper is not allowed in the room to replenish towels and such. The front desk clerk at that time told me to come down and get them. Which I found to be strange, normally the hotel staff would bring them to your room. So whatever, I went down to get them, and she hands me ONE towel. One. I asked for three more because I needed towels for myself and my boyfriend for that day and the next. She looked at me like I was crazy, questioned me on how many people were in the room, why I needed so many, in front of other guests, sort of embarrassing me and I could not understand that reaction from her. Proceeding to check out day I explained to the front desk clerk, Asha again, how I felt about my stay, she rolled her eyes at me, shouted at me in front of other guests eating their breakfast, and had the nerve to tell me I should have never stayed there. That is just the hotel staff. They hotel looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. It is dingy, has a smell, carpets have stains. The pool area is filthy. The heat in our room had a foul oder. Our bathroom door did not lock. The bed is a full size when it is advertised as queen. The "gym" is horrendous, if you can even call it a gym had only two working pieces of equipment out of the three they had. The hotel even had their lobby couches sitting on the curb with a sign that said "free". WORST hotel. Their emails were them justifying their rude behavior, probably like the comment they will leave under this review. I was in tears this entire trip and they ruined my gift to my boyfriend for his birthday, which was a few day get away at this hotel. There are way to many hotels in the area to mistreat guests like they did, stay somewhere else, even if you have to pay a little more.

It was just a quick overnight stay so I could take an early flight the next morning. Clean, comfortable, had a fridge and microwave. 10 minutes from the airport. Good price. I would stay there again.

I had a nice stay for the weekend. It was a good distance from Pittsburgh and Burgettestown where I went to a concert. I enjoyed my stay. It was a nice hotel for what I wanted, but there were a few stains on the wall, it had a smell of sweat in the halls, and there was a bug (not a bed bug but not sure what it was) that was crawling on the ceiling. It was pretty good for what you pay and for the purpose of what I was using it for

The rooms were very nice, clean, stylish. Staff was friendly. The only I'm not giving 5 stars is the breakfast was lacking. The only hot food was soupy oatmeal, or if I made my own waffle.

Not a bad hotel.. Its not a five star hotel because it doesn't have a lot of amenities but this place is very clean and comfortable. Its a cozy place. They have benches outside and its nice and quiet. Good place to stay and its very affordable. Close to shopping mall and restaurants

Rooms were clean but obviously dated. Front desk personnel was not very friendly; they allowed us to eat in the kitchen area but handed me a rag and cleaner to wipe the tables after, which was fine but off. The pool was on the smaller side, not the cleanest, and had an odd odor (not chlorine).

Do not stay here! There are bugs!! The hotel was not up to par. Wallpaper falling off the walls, the light was like a bug zapper. I highly suggest going somewhere else. We left the room today and when we left I was talking to the desk lady and she didnt even care! Like come on you have bugs and you wont even suggest a solution. Do yourself a favor and move on!

Rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom was really small but did the job. Pool was nice and warm but could use more towels. Breakfast could be better, not a lot to choose from but it's free.

There is no bar/lounge though it is advertised online. For the price, the rooms aren't bad, though they are very outdated and a little grody. The pool is small (only up to 5ft in depth) and slightly dirty. The only thing nearby is an outback steakhouse. Location is very out of the way. Definitely not a destination if you want to be able to go out and party a little. For the price, it's a good place to stay if you only care about having somewhere to sleep for the night.

Appropriate for the price, older building with regular wear and tear. Could use updated but they also only charged us $60/night. Pool needed cleaned while we were there, but once again, wasn't awful. Staff was friendly to us and gave us no trouble at all. Overall was exactly as expected. Breakfast runs 6 to 9 and the breakfast room isn't very big, so my advice is to go down earlier than 8:30 when everyone is trying to get breakfast in (worth mentioning the breakfast was well staffed, never ran out of food or stopped serving). It's not terrible, just gets a little cramped with 10 people trying to move around the counter space.
