  Clean facility nice machines. Sidewalks and parking lot well maintained when snowing.
  Area protected by video surveillance.
  Had a machine take my money and not wash clothes, of course there is no one on site to help so you call and leave VM or send an email either way you won't get help today!
  Cost me $11.00 to wash 1 load of laundry today.

  Clean, simple, and easy!
  
  I recommend going to the website to see the prices prior to going to save yourself time.
  
  There are several coin exchanges and a place to get small samples of detergent. The washers have a timer that shows the progress of it to easily identify when the washer finishes it's cycle.
  
  There is a bathroom(both male and female bath)which was clean. Overall, 10/10 experience.

  Lots of different size washers, price average. Very clean. Lots of room. Tables to sit at. Some machines a little older but the other things make up for it.

  I used to do so much laundry here because I thought it was the nicest one in Oswego. I used to spend at least $24 a week on laundry here. One day I went to do my laundry and the washer took my $6.50 and didn’t start. I contacted the number posted all over the laundromat and they didn’t do anything about it. After awhile I finally convinced them to refund me. It has been 2 months and they still have no refunded me. I text that number and remind them all of the time and they keep saying they’ll send it out but they never do. I know it’s only $6.50 it’s not like it’s $50 but it just shows how poorly it’s run. For the past two months I’ve been going to the colonial laundromat, and besides dealing with the crazy people it’s much better than this place! Please do not waste your time and money on a business that does not care about its customers! On top of all of this they’ve had the same 5 machines down for 6+ months, they can’t even upkeep on their machines!

  Favorite place to do the big blankets that just won't fit in the washer/dryer at home. Also, when you have a maintenance problem! Always clean. Always able to get quarters. (Some laundromats have coin exchanges, but are never full with quarters!) Anytime I've had to interact with an employee, they've been courteous. Quiet little place to do your laundry and not be bothered by many.
