We always love coming to Silver In Idy! Chris, Dawn, and Barry are so pleasant and accommodating. Our favorite room is so special to us. The koi pond is so serene, and I love playing piano in the beautiful lodge. It is affordable and comfortable. Idy is only about 2 hours from the North County San Diego area. This place is a treasure!

Friendly services, clean and safe rooms and cabin facilities. They are welcoming and patient with their customers. Need a place to stay in Idyllwild, check out silver Pines and cabins. Nearby restaurants, shops, and schools including Idyllwild Arts Academy and summer camp.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and our experience. This was our first trip as a family and we are already planning for another. The accommodations were perfect. The cabin was clean and comfortable and the back porch was heavenly. The lodge is great and provided us with games that will make for great memories. The coy pond was the hit of the trip for our kids. We walked everywhere and hiked the beautiful strawberry creek. The owner was very kind and personally I felt very blessed to have met her and stayed there this weekend. What a great trip.

The place was easy to find off the main highway. Man on the phone/at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and fit the historical building motif, fireplace, lots of wood etc. Everything was great

I would of not selected a single star if I had the option but I didn't. We stayed at one of their cabins which was mice infested, it was horrendous experience. We got there late in the evening, the kitchen counters and drawers were full of mice droppings. We cleaned up woke up to more! The next day a rat was running down the walls. We let the manahe5lbow, there response, "if you don't like it, leave". The linen closet, dining table full of dropping. They said it is part of nature!! Will never rent from them ever.

Wonderful location, dog friendly, and the owner was great. She was friendly, helpful and they even have a huge DVD library you can borrow movies from if you happen to get a day like we did where your stuck inside. The cabin we stayed in was much smaller than I thought but for 2 people and a dog it was still plenty of room. I loved the fireplace as well and the room was clean and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Wonderful place. Been visiting for 15 years. Idyllwild has a quieter atmosphere than across the 10 (Big Bear etc). Great hiking and fun places to dine.

The location is perfect set just far enough away to be quite, but a 3 minute walk or less to everything in town. Stayed in the newer Silver Pines Village (Spruce #23). The master bedroom was large and comfortable, the kitchen was perfect size and included all the expected (and then some) equipment, silverware, etc. The room was freshly renovated and was very clean. It did appear that a lot of residential furniture and fixtures were used which may not hold up over time, but as of Sep '16 everything was in perfect shape. The grounds of the village are small but beautifully decorated and a lovely setting. Check-in is located 500ft in the Silver Pines Lodge and was super friendly!!! Overall great value, we will return.
