we have used the station on a number of occaisions.. mostly at 1 in the morning.. its clean and has places to sit.
BUT--
there IS a bathroom but one cannot Use it unless one of the security people stop by to open it for you.. (we were stuck there with a late train once and three young children.. this was a MAJOR problem)
I realize they lock it for keeping supplies from being stolen and vandalism problems (do they actually have such problems?)

the solution to the problem would be a simple one.
put a number lock on it and the lock code on your ticket. that way anyone without a ticket would not be able to use the facilities..

otherwise i have no problems with them. and will use the facility again :) - as i Love traveling by train
