AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! Extremely RUDE and terrible customer service. My mother was looking into getting a jeep here and ended up not going with that particular jeep. She spoke with BRENT and he screamed at my mother when she politely told him she wasn't purchasing there. He verbatim said "don't come back here for service!" Disgusted.

Haven't bought a vehicle here but they were great for getting an issue fixed on my grand cherokee and even gave me a loaner car free and fixed the jeep under warranty. Other dealers wanted to charge me to diagnose the problem I already knew the answer to(got code read at autozone).

Salesman didn't make the slightest effort in trying to negotiate. Just put a paper on table with a price and sat there, gave extremely low ball offers on trade ins.
