I went in to purchase a gift for my mom's birthday and ended up leaving with two shirts for myself as well. Amazing service and positive attitudes. Everyone greeted me as I walked in and I immediately felt at home.

The most patronizing dealer, I asked about quotes during my visit there and he gave me credit application saying it as quotes form. The manager is the worst, suggest to go elsewhere with derogatory remarks.

Great service love the staff. Sales department is way to aggressive to sell you a bike. As soon as you walk in there they are all over you. They call and hound you to much. I should be able to walk around and look at new models with out a salesman up your Ass.When I want a Motorcycle ill buy one!. Don't need a salesman calling me every other day talking me into it.. You guys need to chill out on the harassing phone calls to..

I had an ok experience with this place, until I signed up for their rewards card. It was an hd credit card. At no point in signing paper work did anyone say anything about a credit card. I was signing paper work for a credit check to finance the bike and the paper work for the cc was in the packet. "Rewards card" my foot.

Not to mention the bike they tried to sell me was 2500 over msrp. That's crazy to me but maybe it's just Harley.

They guys who were trying to help me were nice enough but after what I consider a shady move on the cc I don't see myself ever going back to this place.

While i have yet to purchase a new motorcycle from High Octane, i have taken the process all the way to the end. The staff worked extremely hard to get to the VERY best deal for me, working all the angles. I intend to return next year and complete the process when i am better situated. I have been to several Harley Dealerships across Mass and NH and have felt the most comfortable on all levels there.

I Called up there for a friend i was promised they wouldn't pull any of the blah blah sales BS. We get there my friend was looking for a black road glide ultra the salesman was all over the place and kept going to other bikes were like no a RG ultra black. then the sales manager "diamond Dave" who thinks he's far smarter than he is comes over completely unprepared has no clue what Tim is looking to buy or trade and starts with the how much are you putting down what can you afford a month bullshit. these people were paying cash but yet he kept going on about monthly payments until we finally made him give a sell price which was crazy high! He then went to a number that i knew was a grand too low he came back over and sure enough had to raise the price a grand. They give a deposit and verify it's big enough for them to add accessories on the bike so it will be done when they pay the balance. they are told the deposit will get the ball rolling.

They then take our friends on the tour of the departments the clothing people kept on his wife about jackets etc. for ever these people have ridden for years they had all the great they finally get handed over to parts where even thought the salesman chris had Told them he would get them a 20% friends and family discount on an initial parts order the parts guy looked at them like they had 2 heads we call chris over he says i never said that grrrrr. tim tries to get pipes and a vance and hines tuner he's then told that would void his warranty even though Chris and Tim had had an extensive conversation about it. He decides to buy the slip on mufflers air kit and screaming eagle tunes and have it installed there so as not to void the warranty.

a tuesday he gets a phone call from chris asking if they were going to finish the deal tim like of course is the bike ready he's told they cant work on it until it's paid in full after much back and forth they are forced to give an additional $3,500.00 deposit and high octane will get the bike ready . sunday they get another phone call from Chris asking if they are going to finish the deal once again Tim asks is my bike ready and he gets once again gets we won't work on it until it's paid in full! to say Tim came unspooled would be an understatement at this point they finally get upper management involved and make an appointment to pick up the finished motorcycle at 9:30 am the following saturday.

The following saturday we meet in oxford Ma at 8:30 in the morning a great day planned to pick up tim's new bike and 6 of us ride up to the Looney bin in laconia for lunch. Well we pull into high octane and tim's bike wasn't out front we knew something was wrong we are told they need another hour to finish the bike but to go to breakfast down the road and they will pick up the bill. we aren't happy especially since they had confirmed the 9:30 appointment multiple times. we come back from breakfast and we are told at least 2 more hours but finally they decide to let tim use a bike but it's already noon too late to head to laconia we finally get the text at 4 or 4:30 that the bike is ready.

we show up we look the bike over there's a big scuff on the tour pack the lights for the tour pak weren't plugged in and the fog lights were installed upside down we rolled out of the dealership around 5 that day!!!

this place has one of the most f'd up sales processes i've ever seen no one has any clue what anyone else is doing and use predatory sales techniques. customer service is non existent i'd highly recommend NOT buying a motorcycle there

I was in the area and stopped in. Was cheerfully greeted at the door. I asked about 3 different products that I was looking for. Sales staff went in 3 different directions to help me. All 3 were back within minutes, all with exactly what I was looking for. Felt like I was important from the minute I walked in. Wish they could train the staff at the 2 dealers near me in CT

I just picked up my Iron 883 from these guys today, 10/10 across the board for the whole staff and facility. Rik showed me around, sat me on the bikes they had, and helped me find the bike I wanted. He and the rest of the staff consistently went far above and beyond what I would expect from choosing a bike, dealing with the paperwork, and ultimately helping me to pick up the bike and ride it away. This was my first Harley purchase, and Rik and High Octane Harley made it a seamless and enjoyable experience all around. I couldn't ask for better!

I picked up my 2017 Road Glide yesterday, the sun cant warm the pavement fast enough!!!
Everyone, I mean absolutely everyone was incredibly helpful courteous and informative!
Great experience buying this Harley, Ill definitely be back for my next one, but before I get too far ahead of myself, I got a few stages to get done this winter at High Octane.
Big Thanks to Rik & Justin, they were both very patient with this "pain in the ass"
Rik went over more than a dozen different bikes with me til I found that one that would put a smile on my face every time I see it, no matter how much snows outside.
And Justin worked the numbers with me over and over til everyone was happy, especially me!
Great Experience!!! Keep up the great work!
