When I walked in the door and met Julio Gonzalez he came across as a service professional. I told him what I was looking for (Nissan Frontier) and he took me right to what I wanted. Just before we took the vehicle for a test drive I found out that like myself Julio was in the Marine Corps and I know that Marines will lookout for each other as best they can. During the test drive while exchanging a few war stories, he explained to me some of the highlights of the vehicle while still maintaining professionalism and honesty. After the test we sat down and discussed a reasonable price in which Julio was even able to shave off a little more for my military service. After I purchased that vehicle Julio call the next day to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I'm happy with how everything turned.

I have been a customer of Michael Jordan for about 10 years now. This is the third vehicle I purchased at Michael Jordan Nissan. They always give me exactly what I want and are willing to go above and beyond to help me get it. I have worked with Lisa Mason every time and she is the absolute best. This time she introduced my husband and I to Travis who was our sales rep. He did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable of the vehicles. We worked with Royce to finance the vehicle. He was very helpful, insightful, personable, really made the process fun. The three of us sat and had great conversation while processing the paperwork. Great team. Thank you all so much. Like Royce would say "I'm Team 23 4 L".

I was really impressed with the service I received upon my last visit. I purchased a Rogue for my mother 3 years ago and she is still happy with her vehicle. Kevin Hooker did a wonderful job making sure I did not leave your facility until both my mother and I were 110% satisfied. That was impressive.

“ Michael Jordan Nissan is top notch. I walked in the dealership not expecting to have many options when it came to purchasing a car. Kevin Hooker stepped right in and offered his expertise on financing a vehicle. He was very helpful and did everything possible to help with setting up a payment that was affordable and reasonable. He also shared knowledge on the features that came with the car. I was able to purchase my very first vehicle with no issues and I am very satisfied with my results. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to consider Michael Jordan Nissan as their number one option.

As a first time Team 23 customer , I was truly impressed by the superior customer service provided at the Durham NC location. The car buying process can be quite intimidating however; Kevin Hooker and his sales team quickly put my mind at ease by putting a car deal together that would best suit the needs of both myself and my family. Since purchasing my vehicle the great customer service experience has continued throughout the service department. Mark Padfield is truly a gem. Pleasant professional and knowledgeable. The Team 23 Dealership has truly exceeded my expectations.

I never had such first-rate quality customer service and superb experience like I did getting a car from Michael Jordan Nissan. From the first return call from Missy to great news from her boss Lisa to the warm and friendly sales of Tony to the classy and knowledgeable Royce in Finance which represented a seamless and professional experience. I was almost speechless when I mentioned that I needed a way to the dealership when Missy said we will get our shuttle service which was a hour each way to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. I strongly recommend this dealership because it delivers first-class service.

How to take my mom's car in many times over the years people there at the garage are just absolutely wonderful and very understanding and patient I just adore them there. Had to wait many hours at times so walked around and salespeople were also very friendly and nice

My experience was average. I had more trouble with the finance company than the dealership. But I am thankful that the General Manager Rick Simonette allowed me to drive the car until I was able to get another one. For that I am grateful.
