Most stress free experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. Sent a email inquiry about a truck and received a reply from Charlie Alexander in a matter of minutes. Most laid back car salesman ever! We pretty much had a done deal over the phone but, of course I wanted to check it out in person before I signed anything. My brother in law and i made the 2 hour drive the next morning. I told Charlie I would call him if I could make it that day but, I didn't. I didn't want them to know exactly when I was coming because, I didn't want it ran through the detail shop to cover up any flaws it may have had and sitting up front when i got there. Anyways, we looked over it for a minute and Charlie came out and handed me the keys and told where to take it so I could really check it out. The truck checked out great! Charlie cut me a great deal with a great warranty and had me ready ready to go in know time! He never pressured me into buying and he made sure I was satisfied before I signed. I was 100% happy with my experience with Baker Chevrolet and Mr. Charlie Alexander and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle!!

We bought our new Jeep Wrangler today from Baker Chevy. Taylor and his staff were amazing through the whole process and went over and beyond what other dealerships in their customer service. Well worth the 2 hour drive outside of the city of Raleigh for us to get a great vehicle and a positive buying experience.

I highly recommend this dealer and especially Charlie Alexander. I did a lot of research and driver over 100 mile to do business with these folks and I am happy I did. From the pre-sales over the phone through the completion of the deal I was treated with intelligence and respect. This is the way business should be done and I am thankful this experience. Also their prices are excellent

Great experience. I found the car that I now own on 02/07/2017. Baker Chevrolet had an add for it on cargurus. I drove from Durham, Nc on 02/08/2017. I got assistance as soon as I walked in. Ricky Britt was my sales representative, and he grabbed the keys to the vehicle. I drove it and knew I had to have it. A few hours later it was mine. Thank you Baker Chevrolet for posting the vehicle online. Also thank you for your excellent southern hospitality. God bless.
