Fantastic service. I brought my own parts and oil for the service I needed and was given a great price for the labor. They were extremely polite and communicated well unlike other shops in Athens. 100% recommend anyone who isn’t very familiar with their car to bring it here. They are happy to explain things & won’t try to scam you.

This place is aptly named, to be sure. Always consummate professionals, and knowledgable with every car I've ever taken there, including my Volkswagen, my Ford, and now most recently, my Toyota. The Volkswagen dealership couldn't even figure out the issue with my old Golf, and the guys at Five Star had it handled in 3 hours for a ridiculously fair price, and even went through the trouble of topping up fluids for free. I've told pretty much anyone who will listen about their amazing service. As other reviewers have said, these guys are honest, kind, and genuinely care about garnering your respect for repeat visits. If their track record is any indication, I'm sure they have plenty of those. Bar none, the most reliable business in Athens. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed. Simply superb.

I cannot say enough positive things about this garage (and its sister tire and alignment shop) and the people who run it. They are consummate professionals, honest, and helpful. When they quote you a repair timetable and price, they stick to it. Most importantly, they stand by their work and never attempt to "pull one over" on their customers. It's an expertly run establishment that engenders confidence and loyalty in their customers. I won't take my vehicles anyplace else.
