Chris Hales came as the technician. He was very friendly and Informative. He made sure I knew all of the services that he could provide at each price point. He also was very informative about the benefits of being a member. He made sure that I was aware of all the steps he was taking and what time frame he would be finishing things. He was a great representation of the company standards and exceptional customer service. Chris have 5 Star service.

First time customer with a kitchen link. Called High 5 at 8 am and the technician, Steven arrived at 10:30. I am still in a state of surprised at how quickly and responsive this company is!!! They took my information and instantly gave me an appointment window. Called back to let me know when Steven was on his way, providing a text with a picture and overview of Steven.
Steven was professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful. He completed and tested all his work and was on his way before noon.
I will absolutely use High 5 in the future!!report this review -

DECEMBER 2020 UPDATE: Needed more work, a toilet rebuild and a kitchen faucet replacement, which were done timely and professionally, with a very courteous and informed technician, Dave. Kudos to High 5.

High Five was referred to us by our Rock Star electricians, Absolute Electric. High Five and Caleb lived up to the referral. Great service and they respected my home. We will definitely use them again. Thanks, Caleb!
Update November 2019 - Used High 5 Plumbing again for a leak in our shower. Caleb initially came out and capped the leak. Sean came out today to actually complete the repair/replacement of our shower kit. Thank you, Caleb and Sean, for both being super professional and providing us 5 Star Service!
Update September 2020 - High Five came out to do the yearly drain and servicing of our water heater. Another outstanding experience. Thank you, Seth!
Update December 2020 - High Five once again came through with great service. Thank you, Steven!

Josh was great! He arrived on time, was very professional as well as knowledgeable. He helped us with selection and installation of a new hot water heater. He also performed the complimentary whole house plumbing inspection as part of our High Five Club membership.. Ryan was also terrific to work with, calling to make sure we knew the technician was on his way. We have been very happy and feel well taken care of by the High Five team. Nice job done by all. High 5 Plumbing was highly recommended on the Nextdoor App so I thought I would give them a try for our business and I couldn't be more pleased from the initial phone call to the follow up phone call. They were pleasant and quick to set up an appointment, they were here an hour earlier and called me to ask me if it was okay if they came early. Made some suggestions since our business had older pipes and the technicians were amazing to work with. They were professional, and courteous. Shortly after they left I received a phone call asking how the service was. That is what I consider 5 star service. Thanks Again!

First class service and expertise all the way. We had them install a bathroom vanity for us, which also entailed splitting the line since we wanted two sinks instead of one. Job was done to perfection and we will definitely be hiring this company again in the future for other remodeling jobs.

We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel and the last thing we thought would be a challenge is to move our gas line from one spot to another. So, we interviewed four companies and decided to go with Dave from High 5 Plumbing. Their bid was higher than the other bids, but we felt more comfortable going with this company and we are SO happy we did! We faced obstacle after obstacle, but due to Dave being a genus and his ingenuity, he was able to accomplish our goal. Don't go elsewhere because if you face a problem, you will wish you hired a contractor such as Dave!

Awesome!!!
I recently had work done on a leaky bathtub faucet by High5Plumbing. The office staff was polite and very informative. The service technician arrived on time and prepared to review the situation and go to work. I was provided with the pricing options, which I found to be competitive. The service technician performed excellent work which gives me confidence that the problem was fixed correctly and will not come up anytime soon. Communication with the office staff and the service technician was great throughout the process. I will use High5Five for any future plumbing needs and I highly recommend them as well.report this review -

Great experience with High 5 Plumbing! I have an older home and Dustin, David, and Brian were able to get everything figured out. A new hot water heater, garbage disposal, removed old galvanized plumbing, and flipped around pipes that were all messed up from before. Explained and showed me everything they did after and were very considerate while in my home. Thank you guys!
