I needed a new furnace before closing to refinance. I had no idea where to start but the tech that came out first was gave me a few but Courtesy plumbing and heating was the one that I went with. I liked the name.
The tech was so nice he stayed and help mu son get a loan to finance it.
The repair guys was nice and helpful. They got us a furnace that has a fan so now my house is cooler now.
They came up once in a while to let me know
What they were doing. See i can't go up or down stairs.
I will be calling them to fix my sinks and garbage disposal.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I apologize that this review is old being that we used them several months ago. Where do I start? On January 24, Brandon and another plumber came from Courtesy Plumbing to install our water softener system. Before they left, they did not run the system to make sure it was working. Brandon only said he scheduled the system to come on and regenerate. After about two weeks we did not notice a difference in the water so we went to investigate and saw that it was not coming on at all. We then called Courtesy back and they sent Derek out and he said the motor was not turning on and we needed a new one.
On January 18, 2021, Thomas (Tom) came and installed the new motor. He left the O ring off because the O ring was laying on the water softener system. Water was dripping from the motor down to the base of the water softener system. This caused flooding on the basement floor.
Because the hose from water softener system was incorrectly done, we had more flooding due to the hose being placed in the drain incorrectly. Thomas continued to say our draining hole was done incorrectly but after calling another plumbing company, I have had no problems. The other company pushed the hose further in the hole and we have had no issues since then. And let me add this apparently Tom is an expert on how homes are built because he spent his time telling me how the builder built my home wrong.
When we called Courtesy to come back and fix the O ring and the hose, Thomas (Tom) said the work he completed did not require him to take the O ring off. When I informed him that the O-ring was laying on the system, he said that that was an extra O-ring because they come off so easily. And because a month had passed since he came out, he was not responsible for the O-ring. They were going to charge us $75 to come out and look at the issue that they created and wanted us to pay AGAIN for them to fix. We did not feel this was fair and decided to call another company. This other company push the hose further into the drain and installed the O-ring that was sitting there this whole time that Tom said was extra. I'm not sure if they feel they can treat women as if we do not know anything or that we're gullible but what I do know is this company is a rip off and had I seen the reviews before I called them, I wouldn't. The only reason I used them was because the company in TX who I bought the water softener said Courtesy could install this particular system into my home.
Derek did a great job; he was very affable and informative and did a great job in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend using this business
We had what we thought would be a simple repair for a toilet that was running. Unfortunately, there was more to the repair than we thought, so Derek gave us the cost estimate for the rebuild versus installing a new toilet. We decided to just buy a new toilet. Twice we had a defective toilet from Home Depot, so Derek had to come out a total of four times before the job was finally complete. He was gracious and professional through a very frustrating process. His customer service was exemplary and he's earned our future business!
Ryan Abeyta was my plumber.
He did a fabulous job. Showed up on time, friendly and personable. Communicated clearly what he was doing. Made me feel like he was going take care of it, not to worry. Highly recommend
Great service the whole crew is great
The guy that came was very nice, and he did a great job. We had a rough day. We called a plumber out to fix our upstairs bathtub. The valve wasn't working anymore so we couldn't get cold water. He quoted $370. The poor guy tried and tried to get the bad valve out, and it ended up breaking. He said since it broke he had to go through the wall, cut the whole thing out and soder in a new part all together. It was going to be significantly more. He felt awful. We couldn't turn the main water line back on till it was replaced because it would leak. He worked with us and did it for $500 thankfully, which was a lot less than it would have cost because of the new work he had to do. Unfortunately these things happen, but he was able to work with us on the cost and get us taken care of. I would definitely recommend them.
I found Courtesy with Yelp! Doug showed up on time and was very courteous. Unfortunately, he couldn't help me with my clogged pipe problem because it took a specialist. It was a misunderstanding with the lady who answered the phone there what my problem was. He gave me two names and numbers for specialists and didn't even charge me the trip charge.
I really appreciate the integrity and honesty and I will definitely hold on to their card.
This morning was probably the best service from any provider that I have ever had. I called Courtesy and they beat me to my house. The response AND the service was GREAT to say the least. Job was done well and reasonably priced. I recommend them whole heartedly and would not even think of calling anyone else. Thank You!!
David and Rebecca
I have used Courtesy Plumbing & Heating multiple times. They are always professional, prompt, and don't mind spending a little more time to educate the homeowner on the issues. They also present all options after their evaluation; I've never felt pressured to immediately replace everything or spend extra money. Trustworthy professionals are hard to find and this is a fantastic local business I'd highly recommend.
Courtesy Heating and Cooling is an all around fantastic company. They were able to come to my home in the heat of summer with a minimal turn around time. There was no fuss, their technicians were able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair it. I will highly recommend them to all my clients and keep them on my personal 5-star professionals list. Thank you so much!!
I am so happy with Courtesy Plumbing and Heating. Our furnace broke down late on a Sunday night. They came out and fixed it for us. He gave us a good deal and really knew what he was doing. We had a different company come out earlier who gave us a quote twice as much without actually telling us what was wrong.
Doug Williams was the guy who came. He was so kind and made time to come out late on a Sunday so we would have heat! He took time to explain everything and really show us what our options were.
I would recommend them to anyone!
I would highly recommend Courtesy Plumbing and Heating to anyone who is looking for an excellent company that will do quality work. Our heater stopped working and Courtesy Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job of repairing and servicing our furnace to get it up and working again. Doug, our service technician was so knowledgeable, helpful and thoughtful while working on our furnace. He provided great tips for keeping our house safe and extending the life of the furnace. Thank you again for an outstanding customer service experience paired with quality workmanship.
