Outstanding customer service. They communicated with me via text (my preference) and they couldn't have been nicer.

I just want to say thank you for making my life easier by keeping my belongings in such a safe environment. I would like to say a special thanks to Ann & Ron for always being there to answer questions and being so kind and helpful. I will be sure to contact your company if I should ever need you in the future 😀

Great experience with every aspect of the move. From scheduling, to pickup/drop off ~ great experience all around. The only draw back is the size limitation of an 8foot container ~ but, I knew that in advance and was able to work around it. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I have used hide-away 3 times now and every time has been excellent. They are very helpful and timely with the delivery and pick up. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great coordination of delivery and pick up. Also recommended movers to load the pods for us. Great communication. We knew when they were coming and picking up well in advance and what was needed.
Amazing how much these pods hold. Their recommendation of 5 pods was just right for our move. Will call one week before we need delivery of the furniture.

Hide-Away Storage is by far the best storage facility I've ever used, and I've used plenty of them! My belongings were stored for over five years and when I unpacked them they were clean and dry and not one thing was ruined! I can't say enough good things about the people working at Hide-Away and the excellent service they provide. I worked with Pam most of the time and she is pleasant and friendly and will go out of her way to help you! I recommend Hide-Away without any reservations. They are a trust-worthy company and have excellent standards.

Very satisfied with Hide Away. Prompt delivery and pickup. They even assisted with having a moving company load the pods. The Hide Away employees that I dealt with, Ron, Anne and Raoul were both professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend Hide Away.

When staging my home to prepare it for sale, Hide-Away employees made a great suggestion to use portable storage so that I could add items to the units sitting right outside my house! This was very convenient. Months later, they delivered them directly to my new residence, so no moving truck was needed! The people I spoke with, and the drivers were very professional and skilled, and I felt my possessions were in great hands.
