I love the management! This lady has went above and beyond for me! I had an emergency and she was closing for a holiday weekend, but told me pick an empty unit and left a lock for me to use. Let me come back the next week to do paperwork and pay. Now I'm living out of state, and she does good to let me know she recieved payments! I would highly recommend this storage!

HORRIBLE!!! AWFUL!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST STORAGE UNIT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! I called on a weekend to get some information on the rates, storage space etc., the lady who answered the phone was ABSOLUTELY RUDE!, she said I can come in on monday and when I asked her what times are they open the lady said: "EXCUSE ME?" and hung up on me!!. I called back thinking maybe the bad weather had dropped my call, (It was raining that day), and the lady answered the phone and said: "What is your name, and why are you bugging me on my day off?" and hung up on me again!!!. I was absolutely shocked by the most unprofessional behavior I have EVER received from any business owner, I have had over 3 different storage units ( I am in the military) and I have never received this type of treatment, especially considering how polite I was with this person even after she hung up the phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AT ALL, Clarksville has plenty of storage units for you to choose from, take it from me.

If you are going to rent a storage unit in Clarksville, TN, then you definitely need to rent from these folks. The rates are reasonable, units are clean & very secure. Above all, they are very sweet & very easy to work with. I highly recommend anyone to do business here!
