I had the best experience with Susan Lefevers at Hickory Park. I was so excited to purchase my favorite Kingsley Bate high end outdoor furniture for a huge discount and get top notch service along the way. Susan followed up at every step to include post delivery to make sure everything arrived in good standing. I can't wait to use them again and would recommend them highly to anyone.

Hickory Park Furniture has great selection and better, great prices.
We worked with Susan LeFevers and she was great to work with. She is very professional, personable and follows up on a timely basis on all issues and request. We bought multiple items from her, and will continue to do so.

We could not be more pleased with Anne & Leslie's attention to detail and customer service. We purchased over 20 pieces of furniture, making several months of back and forth. Not an easy process but they made it seamless. We plan to work with them in the near future.

I am so beyond impressed and pleased with the phenomenal customer service that I received while ordering a bed from Hickory Park Furniture Galleries. Diane called me within a few hours of me requesting information on pieces by the furniture brand, Caracole. She patiently helped me explore various pieces made by the company, as well as helping me look for other bedroom furniture pieces to match my vision. She has been so prompt in providing me with information. Above all, this store has incredible prices for really high-end furniture! Although I haven't received my furniture yet, the process has been a breeze for an order made over the phone from New York. HIGHLY recommend! Definitely trustworthy.

Diane Christiansen is a doll baby. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Also quite helpful to me when I asked her to take pictures of samples so that I could feel more confident about my choices. The pricing was much better than anywhere else I checked, and delivery was as promised. I'll definitely shop with Diane, again, the next time I have furniture needs.

If you are within 2 hours of Hickory SC, these folks are awesome.
If you are 2 hours outside of Hickory SC, then DO NOT order from them.

I ordered living room set from Hickory Park in Nov 2016. I ordered over the phone and the ladies at Hickory Park were WONDERFUL. Treated me very nicely and did all they could to make the experience easy.

UNFORTUNATELY, the delivery company (D&D Delivery) Hickory Park has contracted with is horrible. (see my separate write-up for them at Google).

Working with Leslie and Anne made my shopping experience a pleasure. They made the ordering process very easy and were so patient with me. I had a hard time choosing the fabric for my accent pillows so they asked me to email pictures of my living room and they emailed suggestions for fabric that would compliment the room and my new sofas. I would not hesitate to work with Leslie and Anne the next time I need furniture. In fact, I highly recommend them!!

I ordered the most amazing Rowe sectional from Hickory Park earlier this year and I am obsessed. Diane literally answered every questions, spent so much time with us on the phone explaining the process, and helped us get the most perfect piece for our new home. I have had several follow up questions and she has responded back to thoroughly and promptly every time. It is really really hard to find such incredible customer service and we are so grateful and blessed that we did. It made all the difference!

After having the misfortune of ordering from someone else and getting the wrong product twice, we found Hickory Park Furniture Galleries online and decided to order our loveseat from them. Leslie and Anne took very good care of us and personally made sure we received exactly what we wanted. I would personally recommend Hickory Park Furniture for any future purchase as they can order direct from the factory for exactly what you're looking for and Leslie will take care of you.

They were patient, knowledgeable, and worked very hard to help me design the living room of my dreams. Both ladies genuinely want their customers to have an excellent experience and be excited about the furniture purchase. I could not have afforded the quality of furniture I purchased in the Atlanta area - we feel like we saved significantly purchasing at Hickory Park. I had a great experience with Hickory Park! My ordering experience was very easy and the sales rep was familiar with the product line. I ordered nursery furniture, so this was a purchase my husband and I were very excited about but didn't have a lot of experience in purchasing. As soon as the furniture arrived in their warehouse, a very friendly staff member called to arrange delivery and they were very accommodating to my schedule. The two gentlemen who did the delivery arrived on time and were very nice and helpful. They made all of the provisions to ensure no damage to the furniture while delivering and were clear on what I needed to sign before leaving. I'd definitely recommend Hickory Park!
