Been twice Very slow. Took over 3 weeks both times to dry clean a wool coat. No one ever at desk, you ring bell and they act like you are bothering them.

You walk in and all you can smell is cigarettes. It feels like you just went back in time 50 years. Sure enough, I got my suit home, took it out of the bag and it smells like cigarettes. I mean, really? Of all places where you shouldn't let your employees smoke inside, the dry cleaners is right up there. Only positive was that it was done in time, but it's probably not much cleaner.
