The worst medical incompetence I have ever experienced. Three and a half months in and I'm worse now than when I first contacted this clinic. After being referred to the Heartland Clinic for a podiatry appointment, I waited for my appointment only to find they scheduled me for a primary care physician. They acknowledged their mistake and said I would have to wait another month to see a podiatrist. In the meantime, they asked me to sign consent forms to retrieve MRI and X-Ray results from other hospitals. One month later, I saw the podiatrist, but he couldn't do much because the clinic never processed the MRI and X-Ray requests. The podiatrist said my condition will continue to get worse without surgery. He told me to go to another hospital to get a boot and said I would be rescheduled for an appointment in four weeks after another round of MRI and X-Rays. After repeated calls to the clinic, no MRI, X-Rays, or follow up appointments have been made. I have NEVER gotten a return call from the clinic despite repeated promises to do so.
